Then you would have to produce convincing evidence that Cheney is the one who did the delegating, instead of A HIGH-RANKING MANAGER IN THE LAB ITSELF who was eager to do some fear mongering and get more funding for his empire.

I have more convincing evidence that Bill Clinton was behind the 9/11 attack than anyone has produced to single out Cheney as the driving force behind the anthrax attack. The Cheney theory is pure fantasy without a shred of evidence to support it.

Wow, the lib conspiracy theory machine is running at full steam - about to blow a gasket.

First, it was that Bush/Cheney were responsible for 9/11. Until I pointed out that the 9/11 pilots were in training before Bush took office. That theory has evaporated.

Now it''s Bush/Cheney were responsible for the anthrax attacks to support their other conspiracy to start the war in Iraq. Even though they had no real capability to do it, and there''s not even a shred of circumstantial evidence to support the theory.

NOW they''re issuing gloom and doom predictions of MORE Bush/Cheney atrocities against the American people to gain support for the Republicans in the election - even though BUSH ISN''T RUNNING, and there''s no visible alliance between Bush/Cheney and McCain, so what would Bush/Cheney care?
