Secret documents have revealed US Vice President *** Cheney and Secretary of Defence Donald Rumsfeld are linked to the murder of a senior CIA scientist. Frank Olson, who was a key member of the CIA''s secret brainwashing program, MK-ULTRA, was sent plunging from a New York hotel window after he had threatened to reveal the CIA involvement in "terminal experiments" in post-war Germany.

Frank Olsons%u2019s body was exhumed and a forensic investigation was performed in 1994, three years before the CIA''s 1953 assassination manual (which recommended a blow to the head before dropping the subject) was declassified and released in 1997.

The 1994 forensic investigation discovered a hematoma over the left eye of Olson''s skull that had resulted from a blow to Olson''s head. According to the findings of the forensic team, this blow must have occurred before Frank Olson exited the window.

Make no mistake, Cheney is Pure Evil Incarnate.

Pentagon Pushes for Offensive Biological Weapons Development

US Navy and Air Force biotechnology laboratories are proposing development of offensive biological weapons. The weapons, genetically engineered microbes that attack items such as fuel, plastics and asphalt, would violate federal and international law. The proposals have been made by the Naval Research Laboratory (Washington, DC) and the Armstrong Laboratory (Brooks Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas). They date from 1997; but were recently submitted by the Marine Corps for a high-level assessment by a panel of the US National Academies of Science (NAS). The NAS panel (see website for members) has prepared a draft report; but it has not been released to the public.

The uncovering of these proposals for an offensive biological weapons program comes at a critical political juncture. The US has rejected a legally-binding system of United Nations inspections of suspected biological weapons facilities. At the same time, the Bush administration is aggressively accusing other countries of developing biological weapons and expanding its so-called "Axis of Evil" based in large part on allegations of foreign biological weapons development.

Quite a stupid therapist. If a patient is deemed a threat to himself or others, the therapist is supposed to report it! Duh. What kind of therapist doesn''t know that? Deserves to lose her license.

Good work following the money train of science and the bacteria strain as well-had to be an inside job and who best to gain financially. No doubt he thought himself a God and a petulant one at that. Anyone who rebuffed him would suffer the indignancy of death. I have no doubt his care givers knew this mind and what it was capable of, both good and bad. The confusing part was the dual roles of good and bad he put forth, which would he ultimately chose? He was a juggler. But narcissim won out. This is his world. His care givers were not likely to be believed with his background and high qualifications. He played the game well.

Some of you have suggested that this therapist violated patient/therapist confidentiality. In fact, this was testimony in front of a judge regarding a "danger to self or others". There is no privledge in this case. In fact, the therapist would be violation of the law if she had not reported this threat.

If so, why didn''t the FBI have him in custody long ago, knowing his history of "Unstable" and "Hostile" tendancies??? The more "Evidence" that''s leaked to the Public in this case, the more inept and clueless both the FBI and U.S. Security of Covert Weapons Development seem. The more they try and cover up the REAL source of this Crime, the more it points right back to them.
Why hasn''t the CIA released it''s Investigation of 9/11???
Why haven''t all the Videos been released of the attack on the Pentagon???

In his position, his education, he was a fool to never consider he would be the first suspect in such mailings. His narcissism would lead him to the delusional belief he would be over-looked and could easily pull it off, cleanly, while setting up potential co-workers. Psych profile puts him at a very fragile and easily breakable and non adaptable ego. He is the center of the world and must be obeyed or else! If this delusion is in threat, he of course self destructs at prime to keep the delusion of his ego intact. Obsessive and anal, he thought he could do it all, and almost pulled it off along with the social con game of looking the "normal" church-going nice guy. What a scam, and a supreme role player!! Has fooled alot of public on this site which would like to blame government for their own personal miseries. Evidently some peoples children think criminals cannot and do not exist among the hyper-intelligent,who know better how to play the game and roles required to manipulate best.

My guess is that the therapist did report him to the police (which is where it should have started), she also should and maybe did, warn any specific persons who were threatned. And, don''t you think testifying in front of a judge is reporting? Nancynaive you should look up both the definition of heresay and diagnosis. You are misinformed on both.
