Quite a stupid therapist. If a patient is deemed a threat to himself or others, the therapist is supposed to report it! Duh. What kind of therapist doesn''''t know that? Deserves to lose her license. ----

She is the same therapist who counseld Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld after they send 4000 thousand young American soldiers to die in a senseless war and also wipe out a million Iraqis along the way. Stupid is a mild term.

This is all so convenient for an administration and others (McCain) who so quickly said that the spore came from Iraq. I remember them saying it, and I quickly believed it until I realized that we were being lied to when Powell went before the UN. How interesting that nobody close to him knew him to be violent. Yet, suddenly he has a psychologist who even went to court to file against him. Hmmm. I still want to know why he would have taken the opportunity he did after 9/11 to especially make this attack look "Islamic." I want more than say so details from a single psychologist.

You are right about the testimony of a single psychologist. We do nor know, at this point, what else the authorities know. So far, the only infrormation about this guy is what the therapist has said. Some years back, a guy committed many horrific murders over a long period of years. It turns out that he had a wife and children, worked as a city or county employee, and was well regarded in his church. Who would suspect him of being a serial killer? We need more information before concluding that this is a government conspiracy or a frame-up.

Whether this man is guilty or not, there are disturbing and dangerous questions being left unanswered,

How this man was able to violate protocol, and remove deadly biotoxins from a secure facility?

If he was indeed a deranged sociopath, why was this information not immediately brought to the attention of those responsible for the security of such facilities?

Why would a sociopathic "revenge'''' killer pretend to be from the exact group that was the focus of Bush''''s hate campaign phase in drumming up war fever at the time?

If this case is indeed closed, then it is obvious that the FBI is covering for others who are complicit.

Further, it is obvious that any claims that the US is "a safer place" as regards acts of terrorism are pure BS, even the "mighty" US army apparently has security holes you can drive a truck (or whatever vehicle the alleged perp used) through, as long as you have the correct "profile", if you know what I mean.

Last year, the composer Karel Svoboda committed "suicide". According to the police report, he shot himself in the head at his remote garden WHILE HE WAS RUNNING TO HIS CAR.

True. However, they are a people and were once regarded as the "Hebrew" race. As such they were treated with racism in the true sense of the word. And no matter how you choose to define the hateful discrimination they suffered from, there was no justification for it.

I see on CNN they''re saying there''s DNA evidence linking this person to the attacks (see it on CBS tomorrow or Tuesday). If there was DNA evidence, why wasn''t he arrested???? The more that comes out about this case, the more suspicious it looks that other forces are at work here.

I invoke name of the mighty Couric to give us a real investigation of the claims presented so far and see if we can find out what is really going on. it is certain we won''t get it from the government.
Do these psychiatrists really exist? If so let''s find out what sort of corruption is in their past.
When did these threats.attempted murders, or whatever happen and why bring it up now?
Who were these victims and what are their names and relationships to the deceased?
If he is a revenge killer, specifically who was the target for revenge and for what reason?
It is a little late for April Fools Day but wouldn''t it be simpler to just say "woops, we were just kidding" in relation to this story. The only thing I find believable is that he hated psychiatrists who were probably creating problems as is their usual routine.
