We are not a "Christian" nation, but the foundations were put in place by people with Christian principles, like James Madison. So, now go ahead and put your liberal spin on that.

Let''em all get married so they can be as miserable as the rest of the country. This might be enough to keep all the attorneys busy so they can''t screw up the rest of our lives with frivolous law suits. We will surely need to set up more courts so the divorces can be handled before they die. Alimony and child support are equal rights too.

All I can say is that I am very proud and happy to be living in Massahusetts! This state cares for its citizens and gives us all equal rights. What other state allows gay people to marry? What other state has a health care program for every citizen? Massachusetts is the coolest state to live in by far. Again, I am very proud to live in a state that recognizes the right of tax-paying *** to marry.

Civil rights are not up to a vote. If people were allowed to vote on slavery in 1865, they would have kept it overwhelmingly. Sometimes, people have to be hauled into the future, kicking and screaming.
