It wasn''t the big one---this time! But, it''s on its'' way! It''s building up! It''ll show up when it''s ready, and that means probably when you''re NOT! My advice:
stay on your toes, Californians!
Note- you could do your country a huge favor by voting Nancy ''Do-Nothing'' Pelosi out of office! We need her gone if we''re ever to get ''D.C.'' cleaned up!

I gave you an honest example of obstruction and now I am all over the place. Forgive me? What example did you give? I see you have your liberal talking points in order. "They already have leases and will not ldrill." So congress allows oils companies to drill in places that have no oil. Places that have already come up dry. That makes a lot of sense. You should research this stuff before you blindly repeat liberal talking points. Why not lift the ban on offshore drilling. You know where the oil is!!!!! Cuba and China are drilling south of Florida potentially taking our oil. A second dem talking point is that Bush has not mandated the implementation of higher fuel efficient vehicles. I am surprised you have not used that one.

- Pingon: I consider myself and Independent but I will vote for Obama and the Democrats this year. There is no single Republican offering anything of substance to help the working class of America. And the working class is strapped these days with no relief in sight. all they get is a barrage of bad economic news, layoffs and higher gas and food prices, banks failing and government spending money overseas to help others. Then the huge budget deficit of 1/2 trillion dollars and a national debt of 9.5 trillion which suggests the U.S. is bankrupt. We are mortgaged heavily overseas and our foreign policy leverage has been lost by the Bush Gang.

- am neither gay nor a woman. I am a God fearing Christian. The good old liberal response to abortion is always rape. The % of women that are raped and have to have abortions is well below a fraction of a percent. Abortion is used and promoted as contraception. As you may well know it continues to grow. Currently 40 million strong. No wonder we have to bring in illegal aliens to pay for social security and take care of our old. We are killing generations of children.
Homosexual marriages cheapens the definition of marriage we have had in the West for thousands of years. Marriage was ordained by God. It will affect all of us. Children that grow up without a father do not do as well as children who are raised in traditional families. Let us look at the African American community with their 70% out of wedlock births. Homosexuals want to impose their life styles on us at all levels of society starting with schools. Do you really have to wonder as to why or how this hideous behaviour affects me. President Bush is no saint. He has done a lot of stupid things. Republicans in my opinion did not do a good job when they had the majority. To say that the dems will do better is a joke. Tally up all the promises Obama has made. We are going to have to collect taxes from Canada and the EU in addition to what we already collect in the US in order to be able to pay for all the stuff he has promised every group he has met with. This totally contradicts your initial premise of the repubs once being the party of low taxation. Are you lamenting about the good old repub days? Is this your reason for voting dem? "Republican obstructionism"??? What planet do you live in? Gas prices are at an all time high and all dems can say is that we can not drill our way out of this situation. President Bush lifted the Executive ban on offshore drilling and the price of a barrel of oil dropped by almost $10.00. Imagine what could happen if Mrs. Pelosi allowed a vote on the house to lift the congressional ban on drilling. Then imagine as to what would happen if we actually drilled? Speculators are always looking into the future. More oil in the future means lower trading prices today. Dems just want to talk about technologies that are 10 years away. Lifting moratoriums on drilling would actually affect prices now. Dems won''t let us build refineries or nuclear power plants. The French get 80% of their electricity from nuclear plants. But it is the Republicans who are obstructionist. Get real.
