No more evidence than the video is needed to show that this police officer is not fit to wear a badge. He committed a dangerous and deliberate assault that had nothing to do with law enforcement. He should be charged with assault and also fired.

There is no comparison between this and Sean Bell. He was a convicted felon and was in a car with an individual who was trying to run down a police officer who was resistig arrest. Maybe if he hadn''t been at a seedy club he would still be alive. Maybe if he or his friend hadn''t made a comment about getting a gun he would be alive. Would you rather they just charge the officer, screw up th case so it will be thrown out in court ? Let due process work and remove him thru the legal system. I am pro police, but i also believe police have to live by a higher code and should be held accountable. A few bad ones make all look bad.

The police cleared the streets.
