I find this interesting because Iowa law, which has been upheld in federal court involving other states, makes it a crime for anyone to interfere with a citizen in the process of making a citizens arrest. It is considered a crime much in the same way that it is a crime for anyone to interfere with a person serving a court summons. So, those who arrested these people for trespassing actually broke the law themselves.

I would like to know the reason that the four were arrested.

"Attempting to apprehend a known criminal?"

Since when is that a crime?

When he goes on trial for his part in the War Crimes of his stooges, I hope they have a heavy-duty rope!

In the US, citizens or the CIA may be looking for payback. I suggest plastic surgery and a place in the woods of a far right congressional district.

Just look at that picture of the "Piglet".

Do you really think that if you put lipstick on it - it will not continue to look like a pig...

Some of the comments of the Extremist Right here, reveal that they would fit right in with the Nationalistic fervor of the Brown shirts of Nazi Germany.

It is actually the Extremist right which has taken the US off the deep end - right into an era of Fascism.

A great many of those in this utterly corrupt Administration should be arrested for various crimes they have committed or been involved in. The only question is whether these criminals will ever be held accountable for any of the crimes they have committed.

This action does serve a purpose. Karl and others will have to live looking over their shoulders. Who knows what might happen next, especially when Bush leaves office. If they leave the country, they might be arrested as war criminals. In the US, citizens or the CIA may be looking for payback. I suggest plastic surgery and a place in the woods of a far right congressional district.

You all take yourselves way too seriously. Life''s too short to let your blood pressure spike every time a bunch of numskulls tries to arrest another numskull. Please take two glasses of a nice Shiraz (or perhaps a Malbec) and call me in the morning.
