The people trying to arrest Rove deserve a Medal of Honor not a police citation. Any incompetent incumbent should be voted out of office come November or if your state is having one, the next primary election. For not filing impeachment charges against Bush, his administration and those linked to falsely leading the American People in to war. Republican, Democrat, Independent(especially the sleaze ball one who squirmed his way back to D.C. after loosing his primary election)which ever political tag that is worn. If they are NOT trying to bring an end to the pack of lies and the war claiming more innocent victims than threatening terrorist, not a one should be re-elected to office!

It''s chilling to think how many nazis were protected from citizens thirsting for justice in this same manner.

Unbelievable these truly are dark days we are living in. It seemed like a calm before the storm a few years ago. The big money, the economic meth orgy that was taking place that only a percentage of the population benefitted from and still only benefit from. While people were fat and happy running around burning up resources in their excessive SUVs terrible corruption was entrenching and now we see how bad that there are only a few in Washington speaking out and they are ignored. Pelosi is a losing sack of cr*ap. She is as failed as Bush for not bringing this criminal regime to trial. The precedents are beyond troubling what this regime will apparently set for the future having not having been brought to justice.

Shouldn''''t the Catholic workers be more concerned with eradicating the ped.o.philes right now?

Our government is broken. It is a non-functioning government lacking equal justice led by special interest groups who control the media. If this were Clinton getting his di*ck suc*ked it would be a two page report with endless news coverage for months on end. The relative silence on the part of the media with regards to the serous criminal actions of many of the people in Washington and their global capital pimps is a bold statement of corruption and decline. This nation is in serious trouble. As a kid, I learned how bad the Soviet Union was, how they had Pravda, a propagandists media run by their non-democratic government. We have the same sort of propaganda machine now, no better, run by privatized concentrations of capital. Quite traitorous, unpatriotic, and classically unamerican yet sit around in their 3 piece suits like Scarborough and filthy sh*it like him and talk about the endless dribble of what it is the be american. Wearing a flag pin on the label. The latest smoke screen is the "media bias for Obama" What a bunch of mortal bas*tards these fu*cks are. They''ll get old and die and burn in he*ll.

I think the courageous citizens accomplished one thing -- to convince Karl Rove that he is not an invincible power broker.

- Your comments prove the lunatic fringe exists in this country. To believe that Bush isn''t going to relinquish power is absurd, at best. What a nut!

The attempt of the four to citizen arrest Karl Rove is not about Bush''s 2000 election victory and democrats that can''t get over it. It is about what Karl Rove did or did not do while serving in the Bush Administration. For one, it appears he was able to get away with not getting prosecuted for exposing the identity of a CIA Agent Most certainly Karl Rove was the creator of many of the Bush Administration policies that put self interests above that of the publics.

He belongs in handcuffs just as President Bush and Vice President Cheney does along with others in the Administration that have committed crimes against the American people. The citizen arrest attempts is mostly symbolic even though our Consititution allows for such an act if legally warranted.

"The four accused Rove of election fraud and conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud the United States in the time before the Iraq war.

The arrest complaint also says they accused Rove of treason, sedition and subversive activities for fraudulent acts leading to the deaths of 300,000 Iraqi civilians and 4,000 U.S. Military personnel."

All true, and the government officials arrested the people who were trying to apprehend this criminal. I think the educated in this country know exactly the state of our country.

Do you practice being moronic or does it come naturally? These folks aren''t whatever stupid label you want to pin on them for your own twisted fantasies. But I''m sorry you''re so afraid, try holding momma''s hand.

Bravo Iowans - wish we had more decent and honorable folk like you !
