too bad he didnt kill each and every member to prove how bad churches are. Church is nothing but control and nothing more. Posted by jeff92706

jeff: Churches aren''t inherently bad, they''re just buildings that people meet in to worship some invisible dude in the sky or someplace. They can''t control you if you don''t go there and listen to them.
Peace

It''s so surprising to come here and read such awful comments. I always hope when there are articles like this that the message board isn''t filled with such hate and nastiness and I especially hope that family and loved ones never read here.

Anyway, I find it so sad that someone is so disturbed and angry that they feel they need to go to a public place to harm people they''ve never met. So many times you are hearing now of these terrifying people showing up at malls, churches, places of employment and the like to terrorize and kill people. The poor families of those lost and hurt yesterday and this man accomplished what? Fame? Terrible world.

This was not a True Church and the shooter was not a True Christian. You scoffers should hold you tongue when you don''''t know the difference.

Oh look, a Christian bigot calling other Christan churches "untrue"... typical.

You are a very disturbed person indeed and need help if this is your idea that every person there should have been killed. You are sick. Church is too more than control as you stated. It is a way to worship the Lord and expression of religious freedom in a country (the USA) where God is outlawed in so many businesses and institutions. It is a sad, sad country indeed where little children are not even allowed to say Santa Claus in school anymore, because that refers to Christmas which refers to Christianity (that oh so forbidden word!). I''m thankful that there are churches (the House of God), but it''s sad there are those who don''t think so and think people who go to these places should all be killed.
