If it was legal to vote when they mailed it, it should count!

The dead are just that, dead. You can''t count their vote. Are people insance - so now the dead enjoy the priviledges of the living. If you count my vote when I''m dead I expect to continue getting the benefits I got when I was alive - Give them to my family. What a load of hogwash. You''re dead for god''s sake.

Of course the votes of dead people should be counted. It is a time honored tradition of the democratic party going back generations. Especially in Chicago, where Obama hails from. Haven''t you pilgrims every heard of Mayor Daley of Chicago?

Since they legally voted when they were still alive their vote should count.

What a dumb question. If the person was alive when they voted, yes! It should count, if they were dead when they voted, i.e. fraud,,then no,,it shouldn''t be counted.

Very simple people!

And another thing. I''ve read recently that even though people have a will drawn up, some Judge can override what a will specifies and that Judge can redistribute at the Judge''s discretion.

Seems logical to me then that after a person dies a Judge should be able to change that dead person''s vote to what the Judge feels is appropriate.

From what I read of several recent elections, people who were dead for many years still voted. Senators and Congressment who were not even present during a vote voted. Given these standards, I don''t understand what the issue is.
