Mass. Wife Faxes Suicide Letter To Mortgage Company, Then Fatally Shoots Herself
- I gave up my lovely home when I got divorced back in 1979. I couldn''t keep up with the mortgage payments. It felt awful, but I did learn there is life after a house. Five years ago, I moved out of my Post WWII house to let my daughter and her family live in it. Once again, I learned there is life after a house. A lot of people are apartment dwellers and they are no less people than home owners.
The stupid part about the story above and the woman who sacrificed herself because she couldn''t keep up with the mortgage payments is that insurance doesn''t cover death by suicide. - Reply to this comment
- What makes this a tragedy, is the fact that her life insurance policy is null in the event that her death is ruled a suicide.
..there will be no money to pay for the house. - Reply to this comment

- If this is not a sign of the times, I don''t know what is. This is a true wake up call to those who say there''s nothing go on. A true American Tragedy. My prayers to the husband and son.

- I hope people have gotten the clue that you really don''t have to keep up with the Jones''. I hope her family can get through this, they will be in my thoughts and prayers.
