The issue is this. If the man had stayed in his country where he legally belongs he would still be alive. You cannot justify breaking the law with parenthood. He should have been responsible before he had children. He had six years he could have filed and been in the country legally. I do not believe it was right to kill him , but bottom line he was an illegal, just like your kids father. No excuse, they need to go home and obey the law. How about 1 down and 20 million to go, because we have all seen what happened in South Africa this passed Spring and this Summer, when the South Africans began kicking out all of the illegal Kenyans and their illegal squatters by bayonet.
