- Air traffic control is still suffering nearly 30 years after Ronald Reagan fired the controllers in 1980. Someone had better get busy fixing this problem because their luck will run out eventually.

It simply means the difference in their altitudes was 200 feet but they were a half-mile apart horizontally - Reply to this comment
