The whole thing is about the fact that the EPA has concluded that "determination made in December by the agency that found greenhouse gases endangered health and welfare, and it also appears to reverse findings of drafts released in May and June that found the Clean Air Act could be an effective tool for reducing greenhouse gases."

Florida restricts oil drilling within 300 miles of thier coast. Cuba made a deal with China to drill off the shore of Cuba and by international law they will be allowed to drilling for oil within 80 miles.
So while we are saying no off shore drilling the Chinese will be coming into our back yard to suck up oil & will likely sell it right back to the US. How stupid is that?

Since the measured temperature data shows that global warming stopped in 1995, and except for a 1998 el nino even that lasted less than one year, the earth has been cooling ever since, and we are now back to the same temperature as in the late 1800s.

Add to that that the CO2 is still rising, and it puts the skewer in the myth that CO2 causes global warming.

In fact it is global warming that causes increased CO2 and you can check Al Gore''s book on page 66/67 to see evidence for that.

So Maybe bush is much smarter than you think. India has already said they aren''t going to fall for that green weenie leftist scam, so they aren''t cutting back their energy usage for anybody. Hooray for them.
