Duh....If the population grows from 100 to 200 that is a 100% increase. And guess what? People are moving back into an area below sea level, and they KNOW what happened a few years ago. So, when another 5 hits, and they cry and complain, I have no sympathy this time.

Mayor Ray Nagin did not take care of his people, period. Why he got elected again, I have no idea.

Yeah, Cleveland is a horrible city and the wealthy areas around the city could care less about anything to do with Cleveland. In many ways it''s an abandoned city as the state of Ohio does nothing about its abysmal schools or any or the deep seated problems it has. It is also a city with very serious race problems I can see why people are leaving. The schools there are about as bad as any in the country.
