It''s too easy to poach rather than get a real job where you have to be there 8 hrs a day, 40 hrs a week. Rather steal some one else''s recycling for a quick buck--tax free being they are being paid in cash.

Well, at least they are not stealing the bronze grave markers like the meth heads are doing hear in Portland.
Or the guy who recently fried himself by trying to steal copper wire from a power sub station. He jumped a cyclone fence with a barb wire top, busted open a locked case & grabbed a live power line. He was still on fire when the Fire Dept. arrived.
Did I have any sympathy for him? Not in the least!

Times are challenging everywhere in this country, but real jobs are not impossible to find. My message to the poachers, is simple: Get a job!!!
