So many of these groups have turned out to be fronts for other activities.

I''m all for wiretapping the calls to folks in Saudi Arabia. They openly hate us, and there''s just too much at stake.

Get them outta our country.

"A federal judge said that President Bush does not have the constitutional authority to overstep the law establishing the government''s ability to conduct warrantless wiretaps on American citizens"

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY EVERYBODY!! Its indeed a great day for the true patriots of America.

Dont forget the Bush admin. comitted TREASON, it devuliging the identity of a CIA agent.

The Boosh admin. uses and breaks the Constitution at it''s own whim. Our Founding Fathers would have him tried for those crimes.

Feingold is trying to stop the FISA upgrades in the Senate... call your Senators, and send them email telling them to vote "No".

20 years from now, whatever party is in power will use the FISA to spy on the other and claim it had the authority... we are headed to a dictatorship.

CBS: However, Walker still barred Al Haramain''s lawyers from using the National Security Agency call log they accidentally received.

-We all hope, the Foundation would publish over the Internet and in Papers and other publications all over the country, this call log, for everyone to be able to sue the government and get compensation, impeachment of this thug that has fraudulently been put in office, 3 years ago! He lied, broke the law and the constitution many times, over.

Since Congress won''t do it, you''d better have a President who will.

Hey frank, that dudes talk''n about these scumbags, what they do is they don''t just hold the dad or the mom responsible fer what they did. They hold his whole family. For 7 generations. Ironically, its what Michael Moore was harp''n on about, about having a bush jr. president.

This excellent ruling establishes the rule of law, not the Rule of Bush, the Unitary Executive or other Bush-neocon mythology.

It also writes finis on one of the most defiantly lawless episodes of American history.

Constitutional scholars in the future will debate, not whether Bush wiretaps were illegal on their face, but the abject failure of congress to take action to defend the Constitution and the rule of law.

In particular, they will examine a congress run by the GOP during most of the Bush term, and a GOP which blocked efforts to challenge illegal wiretaps.

They will review the roles played by Senators Graham and McBush to paste a cosmetic front on the Bush wiretaps, hoping none would notice the monstrous illegality behind it.

We might suppose the senators understood that changing the law post facto does not render the Bush criminal actions legal.

Constitutional scholars will review also the role of press and public in discussion and debate on the wiretaps and other illegal Bush practices. And, finally, they will ask, "Could this happen, again?"

The answer is painfully clear-- of course, it could.

The greast thing about the islamic folks is that they will get bush''s kids and if any great grand kids. The other thing is his brothers, their wives and children need to lkeep looking I do know cheney family will be sought out and their throats will be sliced from ear to ear to keep them from talking. Secrets will kill the bush family and it will start to happen when he leaves office, those folks over there have long memory and have so for a long time. Frank Bowers

I wonder why we celebrate "Independence Day" anymore when this country is FAR from being independent!

- We are DEPENDENT on foreign oil. No matter how much oil we *attempt* to drill in our own country, the vast majority will still have to come from other countries, Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, etc.

- We are DEPENDENT on foreign manufacturing for even the most basic necessities of living. Even our military is dependent on foreign manufacturing for some components.

- The typical "American Dream" is DEPENDENT on cheap gas in order to maintain the lifestyles the middle class once enjoyed in this country.

But mostly, this country (our government) is extremely DEPENDENT on foreign countries floating our debt so our government can create needless wars-for-profit and other wasteful spending!

This is what we get when Americans chose the corrupt two-party system, (some more corrupt than others), time and time again.

So with that being said...

HAPPY DEPENDENTS DAY!

Now lets all go enjoy some fireworks shows!
(Dependent on fireworks imported from China)

Best artwerk I ever saw was this painting in black and white that looked to me like a lady scared in a dark forest. But then the author came in and asked everybody what they thought of it, and I told her. And she said: "No no, sidvicious. Those aren''t trees. Those are nuclear warheads."
