fervan:

not true. do your research. I do mine. her parents together would not have changed their parenting behavior. they took what little their parents taught them, and applied that little to their own kids. patterns are set. without a *** good education, you repeat the patterns. You presume alot. A bad marriage does not save the children involved. but thank you for your uneducated response.

Not only that, plenty of dads rape their own children too. Staying together guarantees NOTHING. Vigilance was lacking here---smart moms trust their kids with NO ONE not men, not stupid women who leave the kids in the company of men. D1cks have NO conscience--men feel first--think later--only truly decent ones draw moral lines--but a lot just go with the flow of whatever feels good.

Molestation is a crime of opportunity--all you moms who let your kids do sleepovers with men in that home or go on band trips or other overnighters or hang out over homes with older boys or men--you give molesters the PERFECT opportunities. Get off your azzes and monitor your kids and for goodness sake, if you must work and leave your kids with someone, make sure they know you have a zero tolerance rule for having men near your kids. It does not matter if they are preachers, teachers, scout leaders, coaches, mayors or whatever--have d1ck--will poke. Make the possibility that the hole will belong to your child be ZERO.

And where are the 14 year old''''s parents? Assaulted since she was nine and she still hangs around with him. Why didn''''t she tell somebody sooner?

This pig shouldn''''t have been let out of jail the first time.

Get a fvcking clue. Having a grown man somehow put a note under your pillow since you were 9, saying cooperate with the sexx or die--would mean this poor kid had at least 5 years of being brain washed and trained to do exactly what she was told--and guess what? The fact he may have killed his own neice and maybe even others--means he was not bluffing and her cooperation may be the reason the 14 year old is still alive right now. High marks for her for having the guts to come forth after all these years--after that psychological horror, many women and men would just go along with the program and keep their mouth shut--try reading up on what happens to abuse victims and those who are traumatized like this--then you can learn something about why they don''t tell and why for years and years they cooperate like he11.

I hope that Mike has a "good time" in jail. I''''ve heard that they don''''t like child molesters! Wonder what they do to one that kills the child too? If he trully did this, and I feel he probably did, let him loose in the jail and let the inmates have a go at him!!!

He''s been in before as a sexxx offender and kidnapper--odds are, he will survive just fine--but if we killed him--we could assure he would never, ever do this again. Too bad cops are not as zealous about ridding the world of rape scum as they are of secretly killing people who kill or run over cops.

Sorry diatreme, this Supreme Court is conservative, NOT liberal.

You can thank George W. Bush for the conservative justices he nominated, for that.

The 5 that overturned the death penalty for child rapists were the most liberal on the court. Roberts, Thomas, Scalia and one other--the most conservative, voted to keep the death penalty for such a heinous crime--Kennedy the most liberal on the court-led the discussion in why it could not be appropriate as he felt the crime was not serious enough to merit taking a prisoner''s life. Makes us wonder what he does under his robes...facts are facts--the LIBERAL part of the SCOTUS dropped the ball on this one---maybe they don''t want the death penalty just in case they and their friends one day get caught in their own sexxxx ring....

Huge odds that both the stepdad and the uncle raped that child and were partners in the sexxxx ring. Why would the stepdad who is not even the natural father keep visiting Vermont? To have sexual access to his ex step daughter? To keep taking advantage of Jacques'' sexxxx ring? They did it, they could not calm the girl down, and they made the choice to shut her up permanently. The myspace info that Jacques gave the stepdad so that they could fake the rendezvous, makes us wonder just how long this was going on? Long enough for Jacques to have the information of this kid''s my space--MOM--stop sobbing--you have another child to take care of--how about NOT leaving her alone with any males--not your hubby, not your sister''s hubby, not your dad, not your best friend''s brother, cousin, etc. Because it is too late for one--but the other needs your protection--And face it--when it comes to mean and trust--you have bad taste and make fvcked up choices--in knowing that--check and recheck what you allow and do in the future--may your daughter RIP and may you also find peace--but keep fighting for the one who is left...because that sexxx ring, is probably still around and she was probably also targeted, if she is not already in it.

shazam007i: Anything goes in this politically correct world we live in today. We have no moral compass as to right and wrong, it will get worse. People have to find that being right is more important than pissing someone off. And saying no, to these fringe groups who wish to force their agendas on the majority of us, isn''t a crime either.

In today''s world, we worry far too much about the rights of the criminal and not the victim. It''s time to castrate these animals and quit putting them in special cellblocks when they get to prison, throw these freaks in with the general population and let nature take it''s course. We won''t have to worry about any making it to parole.

Lastly, to those of you advocating the death of whomever is convicted of this crime via in-prison-murder, do you really want to encourage vigilante justice in our society?

Posted by drewmm1

Yes, our legal system is mired by left-wing, bleeding heart liberals who would rather kill the innocent unborn than to see a perverted criminal be removed from the planet. Let the punishment fit the crime and make the justice swift. Why should society pay to keep scum bags alive? Why not use the money for purposes which benefit society? Put the money into the education of our children, or use it to fix our bridges which are crumbling.

This is becoming far too common. Adults preying on children. The only comfort that comes from this is that when this pervert gets too prison they know just how to handle these pervs.

I am a liberal and a Christian and I think these creeps should get life behind bars with no perks. That is no TV, now weight lifting room, no library just HARD time.

I think we should re-visit the penal colony system for the life-without-parole types like this.
Theres gotta be a island somewhere we can buy cheap.
