Says who? They weren''''''''t on his property and they were running away therefore posing no threat to him or anyone else. These guys got the death penalty for a petty theft.

Had they not been stopped and continued their crime spree, who knows what innocent persons might have lost their lives during a foiled robbery?

Assuming that what you say is true, what threat does a man who is running away pose to you or anyone else?

mydiatribe ... People in Texas are not surprised. The mass hispanic protest in this city caused this story to become national news. Of course the criminal lawyers were all over this one.

Any time you legally sanction people shooting people who pose no threat to them, you''re opening up a serious can of worms. Texas is going to see a lot of people getting shot under dubious circumstances.

They WERE on Joe Horn''s property. They came at him, in his own yard when they saw him observing their crime, then saw his shotgun and turned.

This man has my utter most respect. He could live next door to me anytime. I was robbed ten years ago(solved the case myself,no thanks to the idiot police department)by my nieghbors kids. Its a feeling I will never forget. Its like being raped ,you just feel like they have seen everything you have and more. If I would have been home I would have shot every friggin one of them dead dead dead. Oh for all you idiots that think I''m a loose cannon. The main robber walked up to a guy on the court house steps a few years after and stabbed him ,killing him all for an empty briefcase. So I kinda feel responsible for the man. I could have saved his life if I would have been home that day. Most of these scumbags are bottom feeders and are a waste of air to me send em to hell a little early thats my motto.

Then why don''t we just write it into the law that anyone found stealing be put to death on the spot. Or maybe you''d prefer a public beheading?

Admittedly I am NOT comfortable with the Grand Jury''s decision in this case. I think morally they did not arrive at the correct decision. I don''t know what the fine points of the Texas law were, however.

The DEVIL not discussed in this story are the liberal values which have now thoroughly corrupted our judicial system.

The rights of victims are ignored while favor is given to protecting the perpetrators. Hordes of criminal lawyers like packs of starving racoons are maurauders searching for loopholes.

Enter: One Angry Man with a shotgun! VOILA!
IS ANYONE REALLY SURPRISED THIS HAPPENED?

Sucks to be them. Maybe if they would have been out looking for a job IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY, or applying for entry into the US.....they''d still be alive.

oh well...two useless PoS dead. tragic!

Joe Horn be da man!
