The man was fired for using a scientific device to inscribe a cross on the arms of his students, while teaching creationism and Christianity in his classes!

Thats a far cry from JUST "having a bible" in his classroom!

False accusations... Do you really think that a highschool student would let a teacher do that? I don''t think so, they would most likely beat the you know what out of the teacher....

Jackson and Sharpton, two of the biggest racist on the planet, are continually pointing fingers at people. Their "slave mentality" will forever hold Jackson and Sharpton back. The black community as a whole should seperate themselves from this set of Stooges.

Jackson and Sharpton need racism and hatred to be someone, without those key ingredients they would be nothing.

Megaman,

Shut up already. Rev Wright should have kept quiet to. It doesn''t matter whether you are white or black, the fact is, you can start a dirty controversy easily by what you say and by your actions.

I think anyone who says one thing and does another is a hypocrite. A great example of a white male, who fits this description is Prseident Bush. Need I say more.

The truth can be painful, but the truth is still the truth. Imus didn''t say anything most people didn''t already know and statistics prove.

But the Constitution protects free speech and no where does it protect feelings. IF you don''t like the message, turn the channel.

I am black and I didn''t hear him say anything racist. Sometimes people are just nit picky. Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson need to concentrate on real issues and stop being so sensitive.

Well, isn''t Imus just so clever to have his cake and eat it too by pushing the boundaries of what he can say without losing his job - tacky!
