Scott McClellan Tells House Committee President Failed On Promise To Talk Publicly About Case
- Pelosi is weak and should be removed. Bush should have been impeached a long time ago. Congress needs to stop wasting time holding hearing on topics from Bush to Big Oil. No one has ever been found to have dome anything wrong.

The truth is that Nancy Pelosi has Bush and Cheney right where she wants them - between you and her.
The last thing she wants is to be President of a nation of irresponsible nincompoops screaming for her hide.

The peace treaty was between Iraq and the UN, not Iraq and the US.
Any breach was for the UN to deal with.
No resolution was ever issued authorizing the invasion. - Reply to this comment

Moreover, no international law can prevent the United States from taking actions to protect its vital interests, when it is manifestly clear that there is a choice to be made between law and survival. I believe, however, that such a choice is not presented in the case of Iraq. Indeed, should we decide to proceed, that action can be justified within the framework of international law rather than outside it. In fact, though a new UN resolution may be helpful in building international consensus, the existing resolutions from 1991 are sufficient from a legal standpoint. - Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002

- And what will the lethargic americans do. not much, considering that they have to work all week to make ends meet. then we go home at night, fill up on carbs and saturated fat, and slumber off watching the boob tube. we''re a country of couch potatos, controlled by the wealthy. everyday this country gets a little worse.

- under international law, aggressive war is illegal war. aggressive war is basically unjustified war. in the case of iraq, the usa was not threatened or attacked. there were no wmd''s. but having wmd''s is not a legitimate cause for war. this war is illegal. just do a google check on ''rumsfeld war crimes'' and decide for yourself.

PRE WAR INTELLIGENCE YOU MEAN THE WET WILLY KKKLOWNTOON 1998 INTELLIGENCE
the Iraqi war is legal, demonic-rat hero oscar, emmy, nobel prize winning al bore says so,,,
it actually never ended since it only stopped by the signing of a ceasefire,,, just like the korean war,,,
the resumption of hostilities was only a matter of time since iraq broke the ceasefire agreement,,,
blame saddam for iraq,,, Even clintoon and the dems wanted the resumption of hostilities back in 1998,,,

- First, he said, the White House "packaged" prewar intelligence to justify going to war.
"It''s public record that they were ignoring caveats and ignoring contradictory intelligence," McClellan said. "
now we get it from the inside - from the criminal''s own man - send them off in chains! Tar and feather them! Draw and quarter them! Throw their remains in the Potomic! - Reply to this comment
