What is amazing to me is that most liberals believe that some scumbag on death row who has committed a heinous crime, or more than one has the right to live, but an innocent, unborn, potential human being is so much garbage that it is okay to dispose of millions of them in a modern day holocaust under the name of Roe vs. Wade. - Reply to this comment
- This does not mean that the guy is innocent by any means. I am sure he will be retried and convicted again but this time the bleeding heart liberal lawyer jerks will get him life instead. What happens now to all the other cases that these two cheating abholes handled together will be voided now? Better yet, what will the justice system do to them?

- amazing... this guy is convicted by a judge who is sleeping with the prosecutor, there are questions about the procedure, and yet a few people are willing to accept the conviction as valid and not worth another look. Some idiots even dare to call the prisoner de-humanizing names like trash or scum.
Well, the real trash or scum are people walking around free who do not understand that this man is entitled to a fair trial. Or who think reconsidering a crooked judicial process is a "loophole." - Reply to this comment

- You know, you really do not know what liberalism really is, otherwise you would not talk and show your ignorance. Liberal, unions and even socialists have gotten and maintained your freedoms from "conservatives," ie corporatists throughout the years. But you choose to try to insult them at every turn. - ou are totally missing my point..our laws are not perfect but it does the job..HOWEVER...HOWEVER..HOWEVER..IT IS INFESTED with blood sucking liberal lawyers and judges that FIND every loopholes to circumvent that law and PROCESS..
one good example..a convict is already found guilty WITH OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE..after exhausting every trickery and loophole tactis..they found another one..IMPLEMENTING AN EXECUTION IS A ''''CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT''''..you tell me mr george washington...isnt that a low down manipulation of our laws BY BLEEDING HEART LIBERALS???????

Naive is a compliment in your case. If it were not for your past postings, I might assume your comment about executing all people whose eyes appear red to be tongue-in-cheek. Unfortunately, this fits in a pattern with other extreme and prejudiced comments.
The red-eye phenomenon is the result of light reflecting on blood vessals in peoples'''' or animals'''' eyes. It is a common problem with photos, which is why camera manufacturers feature cameras that automatically edit out red-eye.
