There is no god and we''ve been getting along fine. The only problem comes from those who insist that there is. - Reply to this comment
- A legal precedent is being established that will in the future eventually make it legally impossible to deny a:
* brother marrying sister as long as they are consenting adults, and they dont try to conceive their own children
* 1 man marrying multiple husbands
* father marrying daughter as long as they are consenting adults, and they dont try to conceive their own children. - traacymorgan

Let me begin by stating that you really have a simplton and mindless way of looking at things! You are comparing apples to oranges. First, ''senerios'' 1 and 3 involve straight relationships. Has allowing straight people to marry produced what you wrote above? Scenerio two is clearly stupid as you don''t see straight men being able to marry multiple wives. Why would it be different now? Polygamy is illegal, period!
Again, you mention ''conceive children'', so what about straight couples who can''t conceive. Do we invalidate their marriages? - Reply to this comment

- Well even though incest is condoned AND encouraged in the bible, I highly doubt that it would EVER become law in America.

oh you best believe that this is coming and the push will be on to tolerate it and make it law. as long as they love each other it should be okay and nobody''''s business. someone that sees nothing wrong with more than one spouse or even marry their pets will be next on the agenda.

I know, but it''s fun to poke a stick into them once in awhile just to hear them squeal like a pig. I do wonder why it is that those who object on religious grounds are always so fascinated with incest and bestiality though? they''re always bringing up marrying their sister or some sort of animal. Leads one to wonder how much first hand experience they have in those areas. - Reply to this comment
