Just to put this in context, there are many many disciplinary actions taken every year to expel soldiers for inaction. That''s what happens in war, it sucks, and bad things happen. This is just one example. It''s not representative of most of what is going on, but it''s also not an isolated incident.

Next time, maybe we won''t START the war, then this stuff won''t happen.

And for those who think that this war is protecting us from Al Queda (who weren''t in Iraq before the war), you haven''t been paying attention. This war and occupation has been the most effective recruiting tool they have ever had.

The Marines tried to train and motivate this young Marine, but failed. The Marines failed because you people failed the Marines by not supporting them in a time of war. So as far as I am concerned, you people owe the Marines for one dead puppy.
