The inmates themselves often take care of criminals like this, (assuming he''s found guilty) who commit rapes and murders of children or participate in cannibalism.

However, I think there should never be TV or workout equipment or college and other luxuries funded by taxpayers in the jails and prisons. Just some books, hoops, basketballs, footballs and soccerballs for physical activity and nothing more.
