This is the height of hypocrisy!
Be responsible? When has he EVER been responsible?

Neither contrition nor intentions excuse the behavior of him, his associates, nor his delegates over the past eight years. We''d all lose our jobs in a month if we behaved as irresponsibly and incompetently; we''d all be incarcerated for many, many moons if we committed crimes one tenth as destructive and reckless. If I feel sorry for anyone, its those who''s lost their lives overseas because of this administration and the families they leave behind.

Please act as adults with care for future generations and with honor for past generations when voting in November. Its the least that can be done.

In the meantime, the judge at Gitmo who demanded evidence, was fired.
The Pentagoons will again kill innocents, to cover their boss - who bombed NYC to satisfy his thirst for oil...
What a tangled web the greedy weave...

I''m unable to find a single comment here, supporting our president. Give him a break. I''m sure that, deep down, he realizes what a complete fu_ck-up he is. Probably why his daughter was too ashamed to have her wedding in DC last month.

Re: "Scores of Bush supporters lined his motorcade route"

Ha, ha, ha! SCORES! THAT''S HIS CORE BASE!

Re: "But about 15 members of the faculty stood in silent protest during the president''s speech. They wore white T-shirts emblazoned with "We Object"..."

Thank you!

We Agree!

One of the purported inspirations for him as president was the manager of a particular baseball team (I believe his, the Rangers), who turned the team around in one season because of his "belief" that they could win despite the realities at hand. He commented that that''s what it takes to be an effective leader and manager of people - simply having faith that all will be well. Enough said.

It continues to amaze me after nearly eight years. This man truly is the epitome of the priveledged man-child run amok. In a literally true sense. If you read one of the many books available on his presidency, you''ll find that he spends much of his days pursuing activities that a 10 year old child would pursue. He rides his bike on trails that he has the secret service clear for him. He takes an afternoon nap on most days. He often eats hot dogs for lunch. He literally plays when out on his ranch, clearing brush, digging holes, and riding around in his pickup truck. He''s usually in bed early, around nine. He spends time each day goofing on his staff with his infamous and mature nick-names for everyone. He''s known to be distracted, absent minded, or otherwise inattentive during meetings, even live teleconferences with the commanders in Iraq and Afghanistan. Before being elected governer of Tx he owned a baseball team and spent his days cheering from the stands and heckling the umpires. It sounds like a lifestyle one would expect of a fictional character, such as "Billy Madison", or perhaps your typical fifth grader, but not the chief executive of the (soon to be ex) unparalled global leader in business, science and technology, governing (well, maybe), and military projection.

"At the time, I must confess that the last thing on my mind was how to be a model citizen. Just ask my mother," Bush told the students and several thousand guests. "Yet I found, as you will, the world has a way of helping you grow."

Yea, you grew from a Drunken, Crackheaded, 59 IQ, AWOL/Deserter, into a Mass Murderer and War Criminal....
Heckuva job, Shrub......

"There was a time in my life when alcohol competed for my affections, but I found salvation in my family and in my faith," he said. "There is no shame in recognizing your failings or getting help if you need it. The tragedy comes when we fail to take responsibility for our weaknesses and surrender to them."

---------------

HAHAHAHAHAHA.....Bush thinks he has recognized his failings.

Bush To Grads: Be Responsible

And tell lies. Plenty of them.

Lying is good.

It makes you and your buddies rich.

935 Lies.

4090 Dead Americans because of those lies.

As Reverend Harry Powell said, "A liar is an abomination in the eyes of the Lord!"

G W Bush is an abomination in the eyes of the Lord!

George W Bush - Son of Satan.

Damned for all time!
