Boy you must really have spent time figuring the underage stuff in your county, to certify that...because you haven''t heard about it, does not mean that there hasn''t been many!!! what do you think the parents of underage teens in your county are going to sing it all around that their daughters are pregnant, when they are just teens?!!! Yopumust either be naive or foolish!!!
I don''t know how much in my state there is, but I am not dellusional...
as for the pedophiles serving time in your county, releasing them does not make our kids safer!!! that a *** law to release pedophiles who has always prooven they will strike again, if not worst, even kill!!! - Reply to this comment

"THEY ALSO NEED TO KEEP TABS ON WHETHER OR NOT THESE CHILDREN ARE GETTING A PROPER EDUCATION"
What''s proper education??? Harry Potter Books, the
g a y book "the king & the king" in high school, or the killing of other students, blowing of school and deliquency in the public school? is it what you call an education? oh! I forgot they also give condoms and contraception to 13 yr olds and older in public schools!!!
Isn''t that encouraging underage ***???
Talk about hypocrisy!!! - Reply to this comment

"You know, I''''m having a hard time finding ANY pregnant underage children in the junior high schools in my area. Should I be looking in Texas? "
did you really spent time searching about underage teenage girls in your area? or you''re just blowing smoke? I will advise you to do another search, a truthful one and you migth find how many underage teenage girls there are in your area, town, county and state! Btw also go to www.familywatchdog.com to figure out how many registered pedophiles live in you area, town, city closest to you and state, you might be greatly surprised!!! Hypocrisy should not have its place here...the flds kids are no safer in our society with all the loosen child molesters, pedophiles and pornography everywhere...judge Walter should spend her time fighting that good laws will be implemengted, like "lock all the pedophiles forever" to protect all children everywhere, instead of overstepping the court and violating parental rights.. - Reply to this comment
- I love people who only read headlines. The judge isn''t defying the appelate court. He''s doing exactly what the TX Supreme Court suggested with the conditions, and refusing to rush through this until the parents have ACTUALLY agreed to and completed the necessary conditions.

- In the new, corrupt America, guilt is decided by the media as in this case. Democracy and the rule of law is DEAD in America.

So are our Presidential nominees.

Agreed. If we are always having to choose between the lesser of two evils, how long before we get to pure evil?
I thought we had reached that with Bush. Apparantly not with the present slate of contenders.
Are these 3 the best people American can offer for President? There MUST be better candidates out there.
Again... proof that American democracy is a horrible failure as a political system. - Reply to this comment

- The Texas Supreme Court is NOT saying there wasn''t reason to believe there is abuse, nor that the investigation should stop - and a good thing - no child is safe with that cult. Delaying until the parents actually sign and agree to the terms (and the ONLY reason the Supreme Court ruled against CPS was that they felt CPS could have used other methods, like these restraining orders and requirements, that fell short of removing the children. CPS wasn''t told they were wrong (and they were not) - only to take one step back.
Forced underage marriages, records of this in the cults own handwriting, broken bones, missing boys, and so much more - the children were not safe. - Reply to this comment
- All those dirty 50 year old men in the Fundamentalist Mormon Church must be getting pretty h@rny with all of their kids missing.
