There should be no due process or constitutional protection of parents.
As a precondition of child bearing the couple should have to sign a waiver of rights as they are contributing another useful citizen to this country and we the people want that citizen to be raised the RIGHT way.
The courts and the CPS know what the right way is.
Believe the child, The parents are liars when they deny child abuse.

I do not believe in cps *** or judge walter''s ***..what i mean is that I changedmy mind about FLDS, when I listened to the testimony of a girl who escaped from FLDS and another boy on a different tv channel..these have nothing to do with cps...the girl testified that the older men do trade younger girls and that if someone breaks teh rule among the men...they expel him and his wives and children are reassign to other men!!! how would like to be one of these women or kids?? pushed around and traded like aninals!!!
I can only believe what ex FLDS says..I am not pro cps since I know for them, it''s not about the kds but power..but I do believe the girl and boy who have suffered from them...there was a case in Colorado where an FLDS member a cop was arrested and jailed for marrying an underage girl while he already had 2 wives!!! how sick is this?? that was the girls that escaped and gave testimony on cnn!!! she had 3 kids by the age of 19!!! - Reply to this comment
