Some of these people were on welfare and foodstamps for short periods of time only. Nothing else has been proven. So now what what do some of you think should happen to these people?
Short of posting more slander toward these people which truth is: we know absolutely nothing about.
What should the state of Tx do with these people?

I realize it is difficult to believe the state of Texas after this entire mess, but if you choose to, you may find this interesting:
"Do sect members in Texas get on welfare or obtain other forms of public assistance, asked Sen. Jane Nelson, R-Flower Mound. State social services czar Albert Hawkins said a state review showed that sect members haven''t sought public assistance."

Change the bloody title of this story. I find it wrong and in poor tact.

Many parents in this cult who have arranged and enforced marriages of their 13 year old daughters should be charged with the same charge that put the Holy Prophet Jeffs in prison.

Jeffs was convicted of arranging an underaged girl''s marriage to an older man and one Lost Boy is on record as confirming such as well as physical abuse. It''s deplorable that society seems intent on ignoring sexual and physical abuse. Period!

65% of FLDS Cult members are on Welfare - fraudulently. They lie on the Welfare applications when they state they are single mothers, not living with the father of their children. - http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/anderson.cooper.360/blog/2006/05/how-polygamy-affects-your-wallet.html

Pentagon paid $1.7 million to firms of polygamy bosses - This needs to be investigated, followed up with criminal charge of defrauding the government and taxpayers - http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/04/17/polygamy.pentagon/index.html

If you stand by while you know someone else''''s child is or will be raped or abused, then you''''re worthless. Saying you''''re doing it in God''''s name makes you worse than worthless. These people are vile, and should never see their children again. I do not care, at all, if that would make them miserable. Standing by and letting this type of behavior go on is almost as bad as doing it yourself.

None of the original charges have been substanciated. None of the 14 year old girls are married. None are pregnant and none have said that they have been abused. The government can''t take chidren from there parents based on unsubstantiated charges. This decission is long over due. Even if there were some children in danger here, the law would allow the govt to remove the child that was being abused not all the children from the compound.
