What makes Texas think that these people need Parenting Classes? Why does Texas think it is legal to restrict travel between states?

Wait until all states feel your children would be better off in their care. Then when foster homes are not available, "camps" will be set up. Retraining will be in order and all your beliefs (right or wrong) will be thrown out. When monies are still not available to support these "camps" the feds will help. Oh. and by the way uniforms will also be provided. Welcome to the new world order. Ground work is in place if we can just get the pesky aclu out of the way, control weapons, and humble workers into walking so they can not respond to problems. Anyplace like hitlers Germany come to mind.

The Texas Supreme Court Justices who are allowing this should be impeached.

This is a very standard ploy by CPS. They grab the kids, don''t charge the parents of doing anything wrong then say well if you just sign this contract to get parenting class then you can have your kids back. (remember these are the same kids that they are not suppose to have taken to begin with) Then if the parents mis just one class the courts will grab the kids legally. DON''T SIGN ANY AGREEMENT, IT''S A LEGAL TRAP!!!! I know, I use to work with CPS. Nasty bunch they are. The kids will come back because they have no legal standing. Then when you get them back, sue their *sses off. They deserve to do things right, not act like gustopos in the name of children''s rights.
Kids do NOT belong to the state. At least not yet!

While this event has been going on in the news, I thought "If that sect was muslim, the authorities wouldn''t have touched them no matter what tip children services got".

It''s not the laws that are wrong here. The court ruled right, had the state followed the law from the beginning and done this right, these kids wouldn''t be going back. If you want to place blame, place it where it belongs, on the state for contracting out it''s child welfare services to a corrupt, incompetent private corporation. It''s obvious they haven''t used any of that money to employ competent people capable learning the laws of Texas, or for the betterment of children in need here in Texas.

What should the state of Tx do with these people?

Prevent them from using young girls for sexual perversion by older men for one thing I can think of which should not be ignored.

If the @ssinine laws of record prevent the protection of countless young girls then common sense should dictate to remove the children and have them raised by the entire community of adults with children to play with. Since the community is soooooo loving, all knowing, fun and crime free...

It may be difficult to believe anyone still supports the Constitution, but some of your BS is just plain lies. Please provide some of your "public records." Since they are public, this should not be difficult. According to the state of Texas:

"Do sect members in Texas get on welfare or obtain other forms of public assistance, asked Sen. Jane Nelson, R-Flower Mound. State social services czar Albert Hawkins said a state review showed that sect members haven''t sought public assistance."
