- If these guns were all legal and owned by people that had a right to use thm, then the penalties for breaking the law need to be tougher.

- I have no interest in carrying a gun for protection or keeping one in my bedroom.

You disappoint me. Now you want to take handguns away from law abiding citizens ? How will we protect ourselves from these gangbangers ? Also you forgot to mention hands, if you know what your doing they are a lethal weapon. - Reply to this comment

- Practice on the range is good it familiarizes you with the weapon. However until you are in a confrontational situation you really hav no idea how you will react. When someone asks me if they should buy a handgun,i ask are you 100% sure you would use it when the time comes. If they have any doubt i tell them not to buy.

- Shooting at a gun range is one thing. Calmly aiming & squeezing the trigger at the two thugs as they get ready to rape your wife & daughter is something else entirely. You think you''re going to be "Dirty Harry"?

- Harlem? Hmm... Go figure.
It''s the fault of the mayor & the police! Got to be a way to blame this on white people.
I work in the city but live in the suburbs. Nice to get back home at night. Of course nowhere is 100% safe. Gangs are everywhere.
How many guns do we have in the USA? As many as there are people? 300 million? Somewhere around there. - Reply to this comment
