Right from the start I thought the biggest criminal in this case is the state of Texas. How can government officials come in and take your children. Guilty until proven innocent? The Lost Boys and the girl that testified against Jeffs for forcing her to marry a much older man can and have confirmed physical and sexual abuse in the FLDS culture. It''s a shame that that court ignored underaged pregnancies giving Texas authorities probable cause to do what they did. In the end though, the conservative Supreme Court that recently upheld the ban against polygamy won''t let this travesty of justice and mocking of the laws to prevent child abuse to go on.
