[They came from all over the world because of their idology. Al-Quida proclaimed Iraq as the battlefield to destroy the Americans. About 4 divisions worth (40,000)never got out of their alive. We also cut their lines of communication and their resources in half and denied them their idological seat of future power.]

war is peace ... freedom is slavery ... ignorance is strength ... oceania has defeated eurasia.

another ''auth follower''. maybe you can get a combined discount if you get treated w/ ''noclue''.

"The studies explain so much about these people. Yes, the research shows they are very aggressive, but why are they so hostile? Yes, experiments show they are almost totally uninfluenced by reasoning and evidence, but why are they so dogmatic? Yes, studies show the Religious Right has more than its fair share of hypocrites, from top to bottom; but why are they two-faced, and how come one face never notices the other? Yes, their leaders can give the flimsiest of excuses and even outright lies about things they%u2019ve done wrong, but why do the rank-and-file believe them? What happens when authoritarian followers find the authoritarian leaders they crave and start marching together?"

hill012, is so delusional they could be president. Iraq is the biggest military blunder in our history and they still think we''re winning.

"I feel I owe it to the families to be in solidarity as best as I can with them. And I think playing golf during a war just sends the wrong signal."

Oh, WHAT a leader! While our troops have been getting slaugtered in Iraq, he gave up golf! Wow. What''s next GW? You going to give up Twinkies too? Or maybe you could cut back on trips to Six Flags to really show how serious you really are about this war you started.

The lines drawn in the sand were made by a liar and his followers. America didn''t attack Iraq, to lure terrorist in to that country to further maim and torture the innocent Iraqi''s who had no power to refuse a dictator. The terrorists were drawn there because America was caught fighting a war of lies with their pants down. America%u2019s total intent on entering Iraq was to expose Weapons of Mass Destruction which the republicans and their president promised concrete, rock solid evidence showing proof of. Democrats followed because they as most American''s were in a time of peril following the 9/11 attacks and the majority of hearts rang out for blood. When the pack of lies began to unravel, the truths began to be seen, Americans started looking at facts that were supported by evidence, the initial support brought on by emotional times began to fade. The initial questions should be could the attacks of 9/11 have been avoided had the warning signs been acknowledged? Another attack on American Soil is for sure if Democrats gain control? Is like saying none of the soldiers wounded not only physically but emotionally won''t return and shoot up a fast food restaurant. Whoever is in control politically will not determine what is seen in Bush''s crystal ball, just as it wasn''t seen the day went to grade school to learn how to read!

if you followed the link it would be obvious. but since it''s clear that the obvious evades you ... i''ll be explicit.

your view of the world is distorted ... you suffer from a personality disorder that predisposes your tireless support of all that is ''bush'' ... who is your authoritarian leader.

you can be sure that your auth leaders know of this dynamic and leverage it fully to their advantage. principles of psychology and linguistics underly their techniques ... and you''re a willing dupe to do their bidding for them.

it''s textbook ... it''s well documented ... and it''s likely treatable ... get some help.

As a child Bush slept with the light on. Mommy had to check under the bed and in the closet for monsters before he could go to sleep.

81% OF AMERICANS THINK THE COUNTRY IS HEADED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION.

THE OTHER 19% ARE BUSH, CHENEY, JOHN MCBUSH, BUSH''S FAMILY, CHENEY''S FAMILY, JOHN MCSAME''S FAMILY, AND MENTALLY INSANE PEOPLE.

In my opinion, anyone who beats the drums of war as you do and who has never been under fire yourself, weakens your argument. Until you''ve experienced incoming you''re just another armchair warrior like the bulk of this administration. It''s always easy to say charge that hill from Georgia. Yes, the terrorists are out there and yes they want to kill us but you can''t live your life in fear. I''d give my left nut to have my hands on one of those *** but there is a concept of not killing 100 innocents to get 1 bad guy. I want to know why I haven''t seen OBL''s head on a pike outside the WH. He''s the target. You can''t lose your focus and have any good results. Our gov''t has been the most incompetent in history in every measure except shifting wealth to corporates and foreign interests. As we go further into decline due to this incompetence I hope you keep posting. I''ll be there to point out recent history to you!

Vote for change!

What change?

I don''t know, change.

Can you tell us what you mean by Change?

Nope. That would require specifics that I would have to flip-flop later. You know change.

Change what?

Just change, it sounds good doesn''''t it.

Well if you''re talking about voting for Obama, his change is clearly more racist attitudes, socialism and surrender to America''s enemies. Now that''s change we can do without.

Are you new here? Maybe you would rather they show up for duty in the US and you and the rest of the kooks could join forces with them to fight your idological oppressors......

WE are just as patriotic as u think u are!!! Its just that we are not stupid or blind enough to jump off a cliff just because some stupid moronic idiot who was clearly wrong and lied in multiple ways in order to sell us a war told us to.

fedupwithit1;

Bush apologists, like hillaryin012, are not interested in facts, and since they have no weapons to use in their defense, they resort to subterfuge, outright lies, name-calling, and insults.

The entire world knows that there were no terrorists in Iraq prior to bush%u2019s invasion.

They are so obvious that responding to them is not even necessary.

Their comments also clearly show their moral character and honesty (or lack of).

rafterman1, bobnjersey, and any others who''ve been arguing with "noclue" today. He is not a veteran. Like his hero ******** he had a carbuncle on his butt so they wouldn''t take him in the service, or so he claims. His only claim to service is his bro who served 15 yrs as a Marine. Just remember toughasses like "noclue" have usually "noserved"!!!

Tis great criticism on the Dems from the team that failed to prevent the worst attack on US soil in history by a known enemy whole warned us he was going to attack. And who totally ignored the Clinton terror expert Clark who had also worked for daddy Bush. I don''t doubt that Bush''s Saudis buddies orchestrated the whole 911 event for his benefit.

Every time Clinton tried to do something about terror, such as launching missle strikes the republican owned mass media jumped all over him and claimed he was wagging the dog.

So thank you Mr. President. You allowed thousands of Amnericans to be slaughtered on our own soil and then made up for it by slaughtering even more thousands in a completely pointless war in Iraq (except for the contractors such as Halliburton who have made billions of dollars). We''ve also in essence given the terrorists great training against our troops and weapons systems. They now know exactly what our limitations are.

And for the clown who said most of the troops in Iraq are volunteers, technically that''s true since there is no draft. The trillions of dollars wasted to establish an Islamic government in Iraq probably could have been spent on us rather than training and equipping them idiot. Do you realize how many 100''s billions of $ worth of equipment have been lost or will be left behind. Idiots.

The neocons love this carnage, they''ve made billions on it.
