- Enough is enough, black leaders, loud mouthed preachers like Sharpton, Wright, etc. have done a real injustice for the black community.
Gang factions are dominating and ruling neighborhoods, terrorizing citizens into silence, while they reap havoc.

- U know, I am so tired of this... people work their whole lives to have a nice home, nice neighborhood, only to have it overrun with a bunch of gang bangers with no respect for life, property or respect for any authority. I am seriously getting to the point where I wish the cops would just shoot this litte f''ers. To beat a guy to death 15 on 1, says more about their inability to fight one on one then anything. - bondshomo: I don''t know where you get your information, but according to police Mr. Gooden had served time for drug possession and had not been in trouble since leaving prison. No mention of rape or murder. Some of you people are amazing. Making judgment calls without facts or civility, let alone the nasty cynicism (jboxton) that drips from the boards all the time. - I''m not into vigilantism. Don''t tell me these folks (the attackers) don''t have a choice. If they can buy crack they can buy a bus ticket. The social injustice is that nobody has taught them, or they refuse to listen, how to break the cycle. They need to get "clean" and take a chance on themselves. - It takes a whole gang to fight one guy? Gang members are the most pathetic excuses of men to walk the earth. 15 guys and a gun in your pocket may make you feel tough, but there''s no bigger sign of weakness than people who need to hide behind something. What happened to the days when men would fight like, men one against another? I hope each one of these kids gets what they deserve, including a cell with a hardened criminal who has an eye for young boys.

Just barely. But things are going to change pretty quick. Starting Friday it is supposed to get warmer.
