If the accused do not stay under watch by the Department of Corrections and in Solitary Confinement I can guarantee their fellow felons will pay them the same respect as they did to Charles Gooden Jr.

Unfortunately being an idiot isnt a crime. And I agree, with crimes of this sort, there should be te death penalty, in EVERY state, wth an express lane, instead of getting a 10 yr sentence in Criminal College (prison). I worked in a Super Max prison for several yrs, and it was a revolving door for gang murdering anti-socials, who have lost every ounce of human feeling and behavior. Gangs are like tanks of Pirahnas, they exist and thrive on drugs, weapons, violence. They have no place on the planet. If there as the threat that they could be killed off in the masses that they kill, which can be anyone, not just other gang rivals. An innocent babies life caught in the crossfire, is a mere 10 yrs in Crime College, where some of there buddies are bound to be, with nothing but time on there hands to think up more henious things to do to others as soon as there released.

Go to any major city in this country and you have the same problems.....Atlanta, Baltimore, DC, Detroit, Philly, Gary, and the list goes on. The leaders of these urban folks along with the people that bred these sorry individuals make excuses for them on the nightly news and blame others for their lack of leadership and parenting. Of course they are angry but they should taking it out on their leadership....Liar Sharpton or con Jackson & Clan. Where are their leaders? In houston about 15 years ago they had a neighborhood like thsi. The policer went in, gave evferyone a 30 day notice to move, fenced the area and at the end of 30m day brought in dozers and leveled the area then had it rebuil;t . This same type of horrible crime happened in Rochester, NY. A group of women attacked and savagely murdered another woman who was simply trying to rescue her daughter from a gang attack. The murderers were mostly adult women.
