What if they are found guilty? What if they are actually guilty but the court system messes up and they are found not guilty. There had to be something on these guy''s records for the cops to stop them like that. I''d like to see how you react in that sort of a situation.

It''s appalling that supposedly trained, disciplined, armed officers, sent to control situations they are trained for, let their emotions win under pressure. One officer, maybe, but all got involved? No good came from it, and it cannot bring back their buddy.

If I was that cop those guys are lucky they didnt get shot first! .. They are worried about getting beat up please.. Lets all give criminals a break shall we? Does anyone that is saying this is wrong know the background records of these guys - - what if they are registered felons? Did anyone think maybe they have a history of violence? Forget being nice at first when they could have pulled a gun on me I would rather take my chances in getting them out of the car and into handcuffs without fighting back. If they would have come out with hands up I am sure this wouldnt have happened.. Dont run from the cops - and dont break the law its that simple. People do it everyday without getting beat up because they are smart.

The three suspects were charged with criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment, according to court officials.

Umm, did I miss something here? Since when did we start treating criminals like children? THEY ARE CRIMINALS! Thats one of the biggest things wrong with this country today, the criminals are not getting properly punished...jail is a walk in the park! Maybe if criminals were treated like CRIMINALS we would actually get somewhere on the "fight against crime".

I think one of those kids said something to set them off. After all, they were seen shooting someone just a little while before the video was taken.

I have no right to beat people up like that neither should the police, especially if I''m paying their wages. They work for the people. We all know, they used excessive force. No wonder criminals fight back look at what they up against. Police need to chill, they seem to enjoy this beating. 20 on 3 come on, put some though into it.
