yes think BEFORE you speak...

I dont think the ''founding fathers'' or the facists as you call them when you are on your anti-american mode, did not forsee how the liberals and lawyers had perverted and abused the appeal process..HONESTLY..its no longer a question of ''guilty or not gulity'' its now a question of "is executing the law is unconstitutional''

lethal injection is cruel and unsual punishment????COME ON!!!!!!

For those of you who think that we have an endless amount of appeals. The reason is the founding fathers belived that it was better for 100 guilty to walk then for 1 innocent to hang.

But you family value party of god people don''t think that way you belvie the other way. Hey this country has lasted on principles not on how you idiots think.

The maximun is death and that is about vengence not about justice. So take you idiot language and shove it. I for one am at peice with vengence but I don''t for one minute believe that most of you could pull the trigger.

Just like my Dad would say think before you speak.

rope is cheap, but, in the long run, the guilletine is a one time expense. just clean off the rust and sharpen every 100 heads.

liberalme, it is a well-known fact that on average it costs more (in America) to execute someone that to put them in prison for life.

Then, if there is so much expense for lethal injection, bring back public hangings...13 steps and a long drop. Rope is cheap.

2nd degree murder or 1st degree murder? let off foreigners? forget that, if you kill in this country or if you''ve got 3 felonies they should be put to death. why should the good folks of this country pay taxes on people who''d kill someone without regard too human life. to hell with all them perps. American jails are over crowded anyway. the good folks all over America don''t want anymore jails in their neighborhoods, dispose of them criminals in the same ruthless way they took life. with the cost of living on the rise, who wants too keep paying taxes on the failures of society? not me

I could get all technical here, but I won''''t waste my time. Simply put, Fibonacci is a complete as*shole.

Only reason it''s more expensive to execute in this country is because we have a ENDLESS APPEALS process. All those lawyers and court time cost money. Just change the law. You get one appeal, and maximum wait time in death row = 18 months. That''s it, and then you get juiced. This idea is so WIN-WIN I can''t understand why everyone won''t get behind it. The killers are gone, the victims receive some justice, and we all save the $70,000 a year it costs to keep someone in a max security prison. Now, THAT is expensive.
