What it all boils down to for the guys at the top of the oil chain is -

BLAH BLAH BLAH - that is all they hear. They don''t care what anyone thinks of this - they don''t care that a few upset truckers are driving through Washington D.C. - they DON''T CARE WHAT YOU THINK!

The people at the top don''t care because they can still afford it.

This is Bush''s REAL secret alternative energy policy. Make it SOOOO Expensive that demand will fall off and that will reduce the U.S.''s need and dependency on foreign Oil. Wow, Maybe Bush is Smart. NAH!!!1

Here''s an idea- how about just having the FUEL tankers park it for a week and see what happens? No fuel and nobody goes anywhere.Just make sure they post armed guards around them.

I quit smoking and drinking to make up the difference.

Me too, but for different reasons. But, I don''''t have much more money either, than before I quit!

I really quit because it was killing me, but it has helped me with the money situation.

Since the government is bailing out all the banks, it seems like they could do something to help the people haul products that all of us need. In the long run it would help everybody.

Time for a new Boston Tea Party.
With the record salaries, and record bonuses for oil company executives the profits still rise to. Don''t forget that American oil companies aren''t paying the record high prices for oil. They own their own oil wells.
