No, Im afraid YOU are wrong, open your eyes and pull them out of your behind, the climate is changing and not for the best, farmland is being destroyed, overplanted, topsoil lost and more pesticides than ever used to control insects, oil is not going to last forever and everything runs on OIL or its derivatives- food production, harvesting, processing, transportation, electric, economy, housing, transportation, jobs, all of it. Theres water shortages everywhere, food prices have gone up, gas $4 a gal, you get cities like LA, Chicago where the people areso jammed in the crime, pollution and everything else skyrockets.
The electric grid cant even keep up with summer A/C and all of this will get worse.

You have people having children that cant afford it. Now I could see one child but when you cant afford it, WHY would you have more?? If both parents have to work in order to have children then maybe they shouldnt be having them.

Exactly right, the reason they DO this is because they are selfish and know that without a doubt that if they cant afford to feed THEIR kid etc the TAXPAYERS will foot the all bills for THEIR choice, that includes WIC, food stamps, welfare, tax deductions, free schooling free ''limo'' service door to door to/from school.

Maybe if people can''t start being responsible, it should be that people that can''t afford to have a child, should not have a child. Or at least only be able to have one child. The people that can afford it can have two children. But this business of having one child after another isn''t good, especially with the shape things are in now.

I know people that have large families and sometimes the children suffer bigtime because the parents do not have enough time to be able to have one on one time with each child. People need to start being responsible and I don''t see it happening anytime soon.

I work in the welfare department so I see first hand how careless we humans are about our responsibilities to the future. The entitlement mentality ... it''s sickening. But to kill a living person is just plain unconscionable.

Either we take the steps to reverse tis or nature will do it FOR us with droughts, crop failures and diseases- and those things dont discriminate- they kill anyone.

A cap on babies is in order, 10 year moratorium, no more tax credit/deductions or other enticements, having 2+ kids should be scourned like someone setting fires in the forest.

This world is in sad shape. You have people having children that can''t afford it. Now I could see one child but when you can''t afford it, WHY would you have more?? I believe the major problem with kids and violence today is the fact that they have no one at home paying attention to them. The parents don''t have time to do their other job, LOOKING AFTER THEIR CHILDREN.

People should be made to take a course on how to be parents BEFORE they have them.
