And still Hussein (for whom I have no more respect than for Musharaff, btw) didn''''t attack us, even if the administration would like us to believe in a Iraq-Al''''Qaeda link.

Check what Muckasey says about pre-911, and who is to blame. The problem is when your are shown faked evidence
to mask the real one.

"25 years ago, Republicans were shaking hands with Saddam Hussein." Posted by abbe9

And then Saddam got angry because he found out that Republicans like Oliver North were selling weapons to Iran, after the US put him up to go to war with them.

Wouldn''''t you be at least a little miffed if during an 8 year withering war, costing hundreds of thousands of lives, that your so-called "backer" was selling weapons to both sides?

The problem with not believing the evidence is if it is real, there are Americans ready to risk a catastrophic attack all because they hate Bush and Americas policies. Why are people ready and willing to take that risk out of hatred for fellow Americans? It can only be described as purposeful, blinding, and extremely dangerous. The same people would be the firsrt to blame America if there was another successful attack. The enemy is counting on the in fighting and finger pointing hapeening in America today, they can can conspire to kill without that pesky "spotlight" on their mission thanks to Americans who ignore the true enemy and just blame fellow Americans.

brianbwb: Ge I great old video of them firing it and one or two sit in miltary muesums as we speak. The project was cancled when the world thought it was to inhumane. The other point is you dont need to fire it out of anything to get it to go off. I was talking about the size of the shell. As for the others it was them that said that anything not muslim should be killed so thats their reason.

Sure. At the end of the day, it''s Bush and co who decided to invade Iraq and not Hussein attacking the US. I wonder how long Musharraf is going to remain an ally.

By the way, the "picture" used in the article is a "3D Studio" rendered model of a building, not even a photo. I can make that, and say it was Bush''s secret little boy rendezvous getaway, if I wanted.

Instead of lying to yourself that we have done nothing that those people should be angry about, the best way to prevent attacks is to quit doing things that make them feel that they have to defend themselves from us.

"They hate you just enough to use them for no reason at all." Posted by lewiston14

This comment is so stupid. It assumes that the US'' penchant for invading killing, torturing, sending to concentration camps, theft of raw materials, and other practices we have been guilty of, are really nothing that they should dislike. Get real, your great grandparents probably believed that the "Injuns" were attacking them for no reason.

That statement is full of it, no such thing as a nuke cannon. You have been watching too much "starship troopers", they couldn''t get any tactical nuclear weapons close to the US unless they have very high placed help.

Your lies don''t take into account the weight of the amount of material required for a nuclear explosion, a cannon capable of launching a nuclear weapon would have to be mounted on a vessel the size of our own warships, and is essentially a missle launcher.

If such things even existed, they would have been in use long before now.

"And we might stop sending tons of money to Musharraf''''s regime, which is probably worse that Korea for WMD proliferation." Posted by abbe91

And there is the part the neocons don''t like to talk about, they put Musharraf in power, because of all the money they send to Pakistan, most of it gets kicked back to the pockets of the corrupt US politicians, and war profiteers.

That is why we have to put up with the flag waving, fear mongering, and finger pointing in the wrong direction, when the real threat is stealing us blind from within.

Did every forget as you get better with these things you cna put them in shipping containers and suit cases. Our Tatical nuke cannon is a perfect example. It wont take much to level NYC or Washington. Just a single shell from that cannon could put a big hole in NYC then usless for 10,000 + years so let them continue to get better with these things. They hate you just enough to use them for no reason at all.

"The reason for mine are because we need to clean up our own yard before we complain about the neighbors. We have far more grave threats inside the US than outside, ignoring them while looking to some imagined future action by another country is akin to looking the wrong way while standing in the middle of the freeway

Oh and I forgot to mention that you guys don''t fight a war, unless you can steal a lot of money doing it, so the efficient kind is not to your liking.
