I do not condone illegal acts comitted upon children but I do feel the need to take issue with what is happening with the Polygamists in Texas. The point I am trying to make is simply this. Based on information released by the Law Enforcement officials it seems that some very very sloppy police work is taking place here. A search warrant was issued based on a set of incomplete or erronious information. The alleged whistleblower has not been located, therefore I can only assume that whomever applied for the search warrant had to have misled the issuing Judge in regards to the alleged facts of this case. This search warrant will not withstand Judicial scrutiny and any charges filed against any of the men in this case will end up being dropped. This means no justice for the girls who were abused. And I blame as will the rest of America the shoddy police work associated with this case!

I have read and listened to this story long before I decided to comment. You are completely wrong, they have no proof against these people regarding child abuse. You are on a mission, and I can''t imagine why. You have made up stuff since I first started reading the comments regarding this cult. Again, I can''t imagine why, other thant to believe that you''ve got something more internal going on. It is not due process to just first believe allegations. I have reported people to CPS when I noticed evidence of beatings. CPS came and visited the family and looked at the children each and every time. I have seen CPS ignore obvious signs; and I have seen them fly off for little or no proof. I have seen them disobey a court order and defy judges even when they were clearly in the wrong. They have way too much power.
