They just wanted to be on the Dr. Phil show! Kids can be stupid...but Dr. Phil is a pompous ignorant low life. CBS get rid of him!

A summary of what happened:

The "victim" after being told what the other girls wanted her to hear was given the chance to leave.
She didn''t. She threw the first punch and then some after that.
The girl she fought did not have any rocks in her hand when she was attacked by the "victim".
The other girls did not get involved in the fight.
The police are also pressing charges against the "victim" because, as I already pointed out, she threw the first punch instead of leaving the scene as she could have if she wanted to.
It''s not the end of the world. Rather, a silly fight between young girls. That''s all.

I have so many thoughts on this but don''t want to seem rude, but this has to stop. I fell by showing we had enough and were not going to stand for this kind of behavior we need to do something. If we do not do something its going to happening untile someone gets kill.put them away like one of the readers said no tv, no phone, no nothing for 30 days. I bet that would make them think twice before doing it again, it would show a example to our other teens we are not going to stand for this behavior anymore.

Why do we always blame the Parents? Sometimes the kids want to be part of a "clique". Why don''t we make them accountable for their actions? Sometimes others get away with thigs so the next bunch think they can get away with it too. I think they should be counted as Adults, depending on the crime. of course. But too many times we hear, "But they are only Children". The sad thing is they do things that are of an Adult nature. I know of a 10year old tried as an Adult for Murder. He was Black. Why don''t White Children get the same treatment? It happens more than we know. By the way I am white, so don''t say oh that is a racist statement. So America. Wake up and see that kids get away with way too much crime. It''s about time we put a stop to it.

I have an 11 year old girl...and these types of stories scare the hell outta me...what do we have to look forward to...what is our society coming to. Where are the parents of these girls that are doing the beating up? Wake up America! Know where your children are...you owe it to them, its your responsiblity to raise them right, not the schools. Where are your priorities...wheres the family values in all this!

I pray those parents go after all those girls involved including the stupid ones that stood by and watched and have them all arrested to the fullest extent of the law...I pray justice be served. And Mr Fisher, who cares where it happened, IT HAPPENEND...just back up the parents and do what is right by making sure those rebel girls are punished for what they did. God help all of you that stand by and watch the corruption in and around our schools and not do nothing about it. You will pay in the end...a lake of burning fire~

closethippy: my, you''re just full of information. However, your logic is flawed. How many times have to met with people just because they asked you? When an 11 year old is asked to meet up with ''friends'', where isn''t usually a red flag. So what if it was an alley. And if she felt threatened then who are we to say how great her fear was at the time. Let the investigation continue, then when you really have all the facts you can make your smug comments. Of course they still will be ridiculed for their lack of credibility and understanding.
