- Go to http://snmiller.newsvine.com/_news/2008/04/10/1422259-has-polygamys-time-finally-arrived to see what was posted on NBCs Newsvine site that I alluded to yesterday. I couldn''t disagree more with that disgusting support for legalizing polygamy on Newvine. Thankfully, the conservative Supreme Court just upheld the ban on polygamy and here''s hoping it stays that way!

- Look up the definition of "faith." "Without logical proof" is a key phrase in its definition.

My faith is based on truth ,knowledge, witness, and revelation
Faith is to hope for things which are not seen, but which are true (Heb. 11: 1; and must be centered in Jesus Christ in order to produce salvation. To have faith is to have confidence in something or someone. The Lord has revealed himself and his perfect character, possessing in their fulness all the attributes of love, knowledge, justice, mercy, unchangeableness, power, and every other needful thing, so as to enable the mind of man to place confidence in him without reservation. Faith is kindled by hearing the testimony of those who have faith (Rom. 10: 14-17). Miracles do not produce faith but strong faith is developed by obedience to the gospel of Jesus Christ; in other words, faith comes by righteousness, although miracles often confirm one%u2019s faith. - Reply to this comment

- Also, I thought one needed birth certificates and SSNs for a child to receive aid. But reports states the children do not know their ages. Or are lying about them. Don''t the children have birth certificates and SSNs?

Go here to watch the PBS series, free, online, about LDS and FLDS.
Note in the polygamy section, the adult women and adult men make a particular effort to state marriages are based on free will and are between "adults."
I have not watched the whole seriers, but so far have not seen any coverage of receipt of welfare monies.
That is still an oustanding question I would like an answer to. I thought welfare and food stamp laws, as well as EITC, were changed to force job hunting, time limits, father identification, child support enforcement, and immunizations. I want to know how they get their money. Is it from my taxes?
Also, the Church holds all assets, and thus members appear to have no assets. How can this be legal? - Reply to this comment

- I guess you can tell it is Saturday. Another ignorant white wimp,Husein_Pasha, trying to insult other people.
Notice how quiet the religious right is on this.
Fr. Graham, Falwell jr, Hagee, Wildmon, Robertson, Roberts, the AFA.
As long as it is their pedophiles getting laid they don''''t have a problem with it. - Reply to this comment

It''s most interesting how uptight people get in here!
Pages and pages of uptight folks trying so desperately to get their comments out they cannot even type.
God, my only excuse for spending so much time online and in this stupid whirlwind of trivia is because i am home sick in bed!
You guys have to have something better to do with your time! On a Saturday yet!! LOL - Reply to this comment
