- hateandlies - chicken out? No a good Republican is worth at least four liberals in any type of a fight.
You can be certain when I leave it is not because of something the likes of you posted.
Usually, it''s boredom. I can only stand refuting the same idiot remarks for so long - and there is next to nil factual content. - Reply to this comment
- ain''''t no credit for you j-whitman. So, did you or didn''''t you say the president could still be convicted by congress without impeachment ?
I mean, I''''d just like to make sure we got the FACTs right J.

- ""Congress still has the power to convict without impeachment" -J
"J, Impeachment is the first of two stages in a specific process for a legislative body to remove a government official without that official''s agreement. The second stage is conviction. They can''t convict the President unless they Impeach first. They can debate and that would be it. - speakinup

- AaaBee - I can see we have yet ANOTHER liberal idiot that doesn''t know the distinction between a "false statement" and a "lie".
If j-whitman were to say that sgtRDS was a US Marine Coprs vet, based on what he learned on this site, and later SgtRDS said he hadn''t been telling the truth - would you call J-whitman a liar ? No.
That would be a false statement. Now, if J-whitman kept on saying SgtRDS was a US Marine Vet, knowing full well that SgtRDS had recanted his statement - THEN J-whitman would be a liar.
False statements are ONLY lies when one knows them to be untrue. The 934 False Statements in your ''Bush 934 lies:'' web site were believed by ALL to be true statements at the time.
BUT AIN''T IT AMAZING - you far left folks keep on insisting they are "lies."
Bill Clinton and Hillary said the same statements, are they in the article ? No.
Why do you suppose it wasn''t mentioned in the article ? Why do you suppose the original article never used the word lie (I can''t vouch your yor site) ? Because 1) Soros wanted to publish something that would get rabble like you all upset, and 2) he didn''t want to lose an extremely embarrasing law suit.
So, are you a liar, or do you recant ? - Reply to this comment

- "justified using harsh tactics on detainees held overseas so long as military interrogators did not specifically intend to torture their captives"
How does one not specifically intend not to torture using harsh tactics?
Is there a manual?
Did someone test the parameters of the manual?
Is screaming a clue that you have entered the specific torturing arena? Or is it the look of anquish, or the writhing? What? - Reply to this comment
- I am worried what they will do if McCain wins. There will be no blaming liberals for the last years of the Bush administration if a Republican sits in the WH.
It will take all their fun away.
