If you give Jesus a real chance to prove Himself to you, He will. Your life will be forever changed.

Children believe their parents that Santa exists - you think they are going to deny Jesus when they are told they might burn for eternity in the pits of hell if they reject him? You are soooo wrong and overestimate the intellectual capacity of young children.

The tricky thing is, with chidren - if you take them to church and tell them that Jesus is God etc. - they buy it hook-line-and-sinker. Children dont say "Uh, mom, dad ... I think you are violating my right to develop my own opinion about the world".

Proverbs 22:6

Train a child in the way he should go,

and when he is old he will not turn from it.

2 Tim. 3:16

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

Deut. 6:2

so that you, your children and their children after them may fear the Lord your God as long as you live by keeping all his decrees and commands that I give you, and so that you may enjoy long life.

Jesus didn''''t force anyone to believe did. The religious crusades and the inquisition handled it in his name. More people died in the name of christ during those times than they did in both world wars combined. nice.

Jesus didn''t do that. The flawed people did.

I honestly wonder what it is like to have a religious brain. Must just be an absolutely unshakable conviction "I am 100% sure that this is correct". No room for logic or critical thinking about superstitious beliefs.

No, it''s not like that. It takes study and faith.
