I like a comment from a Black Woman in Detroit about the NAACP and the mayor of Detroit, it fits here. She said in essence that she wished the NAACP spent more time working to remove the Black man from definition of the N%u2026 word instead of just trying to bury N%u2026 word. In other words what is the NAACP doing to keep young black men from committing crime? If they could solve that much larger problem this debate would be mute.

If you go back and review this case, you''ll find that there were several mitigating factors involved that influenced the sentencing. For starters, just like on Law & Order, the cops dangled a deal to the first who talked. Heather Johnson (the blonde) jumped at it, which is why she got the probation. The other girl got jail time. (Two years.)
