That''s why they have a warrant. They are investigating. Otherwise, they could just take them straight to prison, no investigation.

...a complaint has been made....it was judged to have possible merit...the authorities are seeking the "truth".......as it pertains to the accusations....

The law states...very clearly......the the civil authorities have the responsibility to seek the truth and protection.....as it relates to the protection of all citizenry.......and these children fall under that venue
