Student In Blackface Portrayed Obama In Bawdy Fundraiser At State University
- What these bozos did was tame - and virtually nothing compared to the brazen, hateful, manure-laden screeds of Mr. Wright - whom Obama refuses to repudiate but points fingers at "Reagan Democrats", his own Grandma, and the Confederate Flag (funny, because the little coward REFUSES to salute the Stars and Stripes).
Heck, any of these frat boys are probably much more qualified to be President than the friend of both KKK Byrd and "Rev." Adolf Wright. - Reply to this comment
- Was Barack Obama a "Professor of Constitutional Law" or merely a "Lecturer" at the University of Chicago Law School ?
Factcheck.org clears this up:
"Due to numerous press inquiries on the matter, the school released a carefully worded statement saying that for his 12 years there he was considered to be "a professor."
UC Law School statement: "The Law School has received many media requests about Barack Obama, especially about his status as "Senior Lecturer." From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School"s Senior Lecturers have high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined."

A great work of art, that song. By the way, on his album "The Aura Will Prevail", George Duke, Zappa''s keyboardist, and a master composer and keyboardist in his own right, covered it in a slow gospel style that was beautiful, no longer in print, but it is well worth finding. - Reply to this comment

Yoiu admitted it that you are an idiot. I will put my service record up against yours any day. I am not 60 yet but am fuly retired from being 100% disabled from Vietnam. Anytime you want a personal lesson in hand to hand let me know and i will be there. I took sociology and psychology classes in college and do not remember hearing that in any of them. Maybe my instructors were smart enough to pass over the BS written thast you read. If you had bothered top read my posts i have supported women and minorities all along. I do not believe we need a racists of any color in the white house. I am enjoying a very comfortable retirement. You on the other hand i would guess have never served, wouldn''t have the balls to sign up, doesn''t matter we never wanted cowards with us anyway. - Reply to this comment

Yes i taught my daughter hand to hand fighting before she shipped out to Iraq. I also taught her killing techniques with a knife, the kbar to be exact. I asked her to ask her fellow soldiers who they wanted to win the election, not who my daughter wanted me to vote for. My daughter is 19 and not old enough to vote but i also respect her opinion on what is going on in Iraq. She knows first hand. - Reply to this comment
- These are some of the dumbest people on Earth in that part of the US. Racist, ignorant, etc.
I was going to buy land there since the price was right. Then I realized I would have to live amongst those morons and that nixed the deal.

Yet in your post you generalized an entire state based on your opinion of a few people you may have met. You my friend are an idiot. Thank you for not moving here. - Reply to this comment
- It appears to me Mrs. Clinton is made of sterner stuff than her husband, and certainly the scrambling, fighting, "never give up" attitude is 100 percent American. It like that attitude. Mr. Obama comes across as an "Empty Suit" who learned most, but not all, of what the actor Robert Redford''s character in "The Candidate" learned, or not, in that movie, asking his handlers after a victorious vote "What do I do now?". Harry Truman had the "right stuff", and it seems to me Mrs. Clinton learned a lot from him, rather than from a character in a movie.

It was the neo con fairies that Rowdy sees everywhere that made us this way.POOF,and we were he-man woman haters.I''ve told everyone on this board that Bill lost it for her with me.Being a woman has nothing to do with it.She''s a pro corporate neo con that calls herself a democrat. - Reply to this comment

- Well, there is a very fine line between portraying a character of another race in a comedy or drama and portraying a character of another race to directly focus on and lampoon the negative sterotypes commonly associated with that particular race. The Wayans Brothers may have crossed that line, if you believe that the whole point of there comedy was to disparge the White race. The actor that portrays Obama in Saturday Night Live, I think he is Asian, but his portrayal of Obama is not offensive to most because his role doesnt or has not yet implied negative stereotypes of Blacks. Its not offensive if one portrays another race in a comedy, but it becomes offensive when the portrayal is meant to ridicule and indict an entire race of people....
Show me anywhere in the article where the purpose of painting their face was a direct attack on an entire race.
They were trying to portray Obama period. Anyone who thinks that they stood on that stage with the intention of disparaging an entire race is a complete idiot. This was meant as comedy, just like Murphy and the Wayan Bros. Doesnt mean it was good comedy, just an attempt. But its nice to know that its only racism when a white person paints their face and not when a black person does it.
Thanks for clearing that up. - Reply to this comment
- OBAMA PEOPLE,BACK OFF THE HILLARY KRISHNAS.HERE''''''''''''''''S WHY.
I''m beginning to think Rowdy and the other Clinton people are right about Hillary needing to stay in the race.In fact,it could end up being one of the best things that ever happened to the democratic party. To get rid of the Clintons once and for all.She is already losing on every front that counts inspite of what some people say.The longer she stays in,the more it distracts attention from Obamas'' so called racism/anti-americanism,the more people get fed up with her,and there''s a better than 50/50 chance that she or Bill will end up making more blunders, since neither one of them can keep their mouths shut.Obama has more than proven that he can handle her attacks, and even beat her at her own game.If it goes through the whole process, and Obama wins, the Hillary Krishnas have nothing to whine about, and most will still vote for Obama. The rest that threaten to vote for McCain will be insignificant, and shouldn''t make any difference in the outcome.-----Continued below. - Reply to this comment
- Continued from above.
Hillary will look like the stupidest person in history to everyone if it goes all the way to the convention and she loses, although most of us already know she is stupid,LOL.She is already perceived as being harmful to the party, and when you total it all up,it could very well end her career, and we''d never have to put up with her again.Me,I''m pulling for Hillary now.I want her to keep on with her blundering and take it all the way to the convention.Lose, lose, lose, and keep on with your idiotic persistance.Ruin your chance for ever being president, and make yourself so much of a laughingstock that New York is ashamed of you,LOL!Go Hillary! On to your ultimate destruction and political ruin!Hillary in...well,never.LOL! - Reply to this comment

- Arrogance is as perceived by the listener. Those who hear arrogance in Hillary''''s voice have already decided not to vote for her and probably are afraid of women.

Afraid of women??? Is it really that simple? To dismiss any opposition to Hillary as being anti-feminist. To indict thoses that wont support Hillarys candidacy as being afraid of women. Can one not vote for Hillary without being villified as a male chauvinist? - Reply to this comment
