Military Tells Bush That Troops Sent To Iraq For Surge May Be Needed In Afghanistan
- JERSupporter,,,, You claim to have been the MNSTC-I Commander --- LOL, you don''''t even know what the duty''''s are, or you would know about the loss of weapons. Posted by j-whitman

You clearly are an IDIOT. LTG Petraeus was the MNSTC-I Commander. The weapons were lost because of improper accountability with both the Americans and the Iraqis. They were basically distributed to the newly formed Army (to get directly into the fight) and many of them were taken when these Soldiers went AWOL. That is the reason why Iraqi Soldiers now get one week of leave each month to return home and bring the family their money. That will be fixed within the next two years when the banking system is hopefully up and running. So again, when did you serve in Iraq? - Reply to this comment
- bobmarisol - Isreal should be blown off the plant. They are the biggest source of problems in the Middle East.

TomTerrorist - if that is your way of thinking, I suggest you go join Al Queda where you belong. I''m sure you and Bin Laden will be good friends.
As for your idiotic and murderous ideology, I challenge you to name just one Israeli that flew a plane into the World Trade Center? Or name one Jew that attacked the USS Cole? Or name one Jew that has attacked USA troops in Iraq or Afghanistan, or anywhere else? - Reply to this comment
- Hey Americans!!!! Don''t ask yourself why this is happening.......with our invasion and occupation of Iraq, we dropped the ball elsewhere. What will now become of Pakistan? When we picked the wrong battle we might have just gave al-Qaeda members a country. Armies have spent millions of lives in these regions, and it''s still barley under anyone%u2019s control. If we want to win in Afghanistan now this is where the focus of our military endeavors needs to be. We can not have the best military in the world if we do not know how to pick our battles..............meanwhile.........The deception metastasizes as the months and causalities mount............... The President who was never deigned to go to Dover Air Force Base to salute the fallen who are coming home says no photographs of their coffins can be permitted because that would hurt the feelings of the families. This is false, tragically false; the real reason is that day after day the photos would starkly reveal the price of Bush%u2019s folly.

- Hey bobmarisol,
On May 15, 1948, the American President advocated the creation of the State of Israel in the heart of the Moslem middle-east. 2 years later, 4.5 millions Palestinians were forced out of their homes and lands without compensation.
I am not going to say that this is Terrorism but I will say what a infinite price America is paying in Treasury and blood because of this religious decision 60 years ago. This price keeps exploding as long as we continue to provide UnConditional Support to Israel. I cannot believe we care a lot more of Israel than of ourselves.
2 weeks after 9/11, Osama Bin Ladin released his 1st video. In the video, he clearly listed the top 3 reasons for bombing the twin towers. The 1st reason was the US military base 60 miles from their Moslem''''s holy Mecca inside Saudi Arabia. The 2nd reason was the Palestinian crisis.
On Osama Bin Ladin 2nd released video, Osama states that they will destroy America Economically and not Militarily. So far, they are winning.
According to a recent report by CNN.com, Anti-Semitics is exploding around the world. I just sit here and wonder why? Personally, I blame only the Zionists inside Israel. - Reply to this comment

- Hey JERSupporter,
I respect your views and the unconditional service you have given to President Bush. I am not say to our nation because the majority of us Americans are definitely against this Iraq war.
Soon, you will have to leave not to Iraq but to Pakistan. Now, do you really believe we are winning this endless war on Terrorism or Al-Qaeda? If you conclude Americans are losing this expanding war, then lets sit down and work out a compromise. Otherwise, good luck in Pakistan with just a Volunteer Only US Troops. I am willing to compromise on the Draft with strick conditions. - Reply to this comment

Returned home in Sept 05 after serving with General Petraeus as the MNSTC-I Commander. I do not have to prove anything. Just wondering when you served there and what were your observations? - Reply to this comment

Just read the story above - Petraeus, the top U.S. commander in Iraq, has argued that it would be reckless to shrink the American force so rapidly that the gains achieved over the past year are compromised or lost entirely.
So again, when did you serve in Iraq and see what was going on and talked with Iraqi Soldiers and citizens? - Reply to this comment
- j-whitman...Why should we listen to them? They will tell us everything is perfect, just like our president does.

- Unite the Nation and get us out of Iraq - just as they promised. No more excuses.
First, get rid of Doofus and Butthead. Next get rid of the right wing extremists who control the Republicon party. That would be a good start. Only 299 days left! Enjoy!

- bobmarisol...My position is very simple. The jews have been stirring the Middle East pot for a long time because they believe they are the "chosen" ones. That''s ***. Then the US decides to give the Jews a "state" in the middle of the middle east and displaced million of Palestinian people for no other reason then they are the "chosen" ones. Please. Get rid of the Jews you get rid of the problems in the Middle East.
