i SENT HER AN EMAIL SO I COULD GET THE MOST RECENT OPINIONS AS TO WHAT THE TROOPS BELIEVE AND WANT TO HAVE HAPPEN. I MET MOST OF HER UNIT BEFORE DEPLOYMENT AND THEY ARE ALL FINE SOLDIERS. - Reply to this comment

Who do you think has a right to an opinion on the war in iraq more than the soldiers serving there ? My daughter and i have talked about it in the past. She doesn''t tell me much as she doesn''t want to talk about the combat she has been in. She volunteered to go so she could serve with her unit. We have always had a close family relationship. How dare you compare our troops to an SS Trooper from the nazi''s in WWII ? - Reply to this comment
- I am proud to seee these protestors standing up for what they believe. I am proud i served my country so that they have a right to protest whether i agree with them or not. I am proud of our troops serving in the military to insure that our right to do so is insured for the future. And i pray that they all return home safely. Whether the war is right or wrong they serve honorably. I am proud of them and i am proud to be an American.

- Typical schmuck lib remarks:
the price is too high 4000 young men and women there
should be no more
Yet 400,000 were killed during WW2 for 31/2 years, 59,000 for vietnam in over 10 years. But 4000 for 5 years, I guess is alot. Also, this fool: "Hey schmuck: how about www.libsarestupid.com or .org or .edu" typical regressive. Why aren''''t you busy hiding from some of the camel riders you''''re so scared of? Are you on meth or something - 90 percent of you libs are - I guess an aftermath of the 60''s flower child days. Lol - Reply to this comment
- Hey, war opposers, if you want the troops back home, you should have voted for a candidate who promises to bring the troops back home. John McCain is definitely not the logical choice nor is Hillary.

- "War protesters? More like traitors and disloyal America-haters. Round them up and put them in a prison. I don''''t want these scum to see daylight for 50 years. F*****king scum."
Wow, this sounds exactly like what the chinese government is saying about the people who don''t agree with them, the same thing the brits said about our founding fathers. If I didn''t know better, I''d say a commie, jingo-frenzied, bootlicker wrote it! - Reply to this comment

"Ever considered going to Iraq to get a reality check?" No, and if they could swim here, don''t worry I''d be ready for ''em.
"with Shia Muslims blowing up the Praying and/or Mourning Sunni Muslims in their Mosques and shouting "Allah hoo Akbar" (God is Great), as they do so; and Sunni Muslims doing the same to the Shia Muslims?"
Who cares? They''re religious kooks, let ''em kill each other -my concerns are here, not in some kitty litter box full of camel riders.
"Is that Benevolence? Or is it Religous Fascism? Should we fight the evil, or go and kiss its azz and SURRENDER and BEG the enemy for his Mercy?"
Who said anything about GOing and surrendering? The evil is what the chickenhawk commie sell-out neocons have scared and brainwashed you with. They''ve got you all worked up into a jingo-frenzy over a threat that never really was. Why haven''t you volunteered to save us from this "evil" you''ve identified by going there, and staying there ''til it''s licked, yourself? - Reply to this comment

Hey schmuck, maybe you should go to Iraq and tie yourself around a building and protect your friends over there. You would feel good as a nice lib ! - Reply to this comment
- dumbshun: oh save me gw, i''m sooooo frightened of the middle eastern sand dwelling boogeymen on their camels! save me by taking away my rights and giving my tax dollars to torturers and mercenaries. drunk drivers and cigarettes kill more people every year than died on 9/11. how many iraqi deaths are our tax dollars responsible for? more than 4,000 I''d say....

- "We''re not paying attention anymore," she said. "My son has buried his friends. He''s given eulogies, he''s had to go through things no one should have to go through, and over here they''ve forgotten. They just go shopping instead."
Well, since the troops are fighting to take Americans guns and so the police can taser, beat, and arrest people for free speech.... you do the math. - Reply to this comment
